The Space:
Spanning two floors, the villa’s interiors have been meticulously crafted to the highest standards. The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen with an adjoining dining area, seamlessly opening to the outdoor dining space. Two sea-facing bedrooms, each with an en-suite shower room, complete the ground level, providing flexibility with twin beds that can be joined to form doubles.

An impressive staircase leads to the first floor, where a stunning lounge takes centre stage. With high beamed ceilings, expansive windows, and comfortable sofas, this area offers a unique vantage point to admire the panoramic sea views. The big patio doors lead to the beach-facing balcony, which provides breathtaking views over the sea, the Pollenca gulf, and the sunset. The large master bedroom suite, featuring a bathroom with both a bathtub and shower, opens to a balcony overlooking the azure waters. The master bedroom also opens straight to the sea-facing balcony. Two additional bedrooms, each with a single bed and private balconies, share a family bathroom. Both rooms open to private balconies overlooking the pool.

The outdoor spaces mirror the enchanting surroundings, creating a sense of being on a private yacht. The 25-square-metre private pool, with inviting sunbeds perfect for basking in the Mallorcan sun. This is the perfect place for al-fresco dining or to unwind on the terraces while soaking in the mesmerising views of the Pollenca Gulf and the sunset!
