The master bedroom is graced with a queen-size bed, a generous closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. It also offers direct access to the villa's private garden, enhancing the sense of tranquility. The second bedroom is equally inviting with its queen-size bed and closet. Ascend a charming staircase to discover the third bedroom, a haven of comfort with its queen-size bed, walk-in closet, TV, and ensuite bathroom. This bedroom also opens onto a delightful terrace, allowing you to bask in the beauty of the surroundings. A third bathroom with a convenient shower completes the layout, ensuring the utmost convenience for all guests.

- Check-out: By 10:00.
- For check-in or check-out requests outside of regular hours, availability permitting, an additional cost ranging from €20 to €40 may apply for arrivals after 20:00.
- Parties or events at the villa are not permitted.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside or outside the property.
- Regrettably, pets are not allowed.
