This island rental home was built on a plot with a total surface of 840 m2 with a living area of 530 m2. The family villa on Brac is divided into two floors mutually interconnected by an indoor staircase.

The ground floor of this Dalmatian holiday villa is divided into five bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and a private exit to the landscaped garden. On the same floor there is also a wine/olive oil cellar, a private home gym, a sauna and two additional toilets.

This luxury Brac villa is fully air-conditioned, with underfloor heating in the bathrooms and central heating in the rest of the house.
