The house faces slightly away from the neighbouring plots and predominantly its view is of uninterrupted lake. A beautifully modern timber clad exterior sits perfectly in its private plot.
The house is beautifully presented offering a lovely balance of open plan living as well as cosy comfortable spaces. It is a house that lends itself to incredible entertaining but is also an exceptional family home that can be enjoyed throughout seasons.

Two sumptuous sofas with a wood burning fire, a large tv ensures comfort whilst being entertained by the ever changing flora and fauna. Access through the wide glass sliding doors to a fantastic decked outdoor seating and BBQ area making the most out of your holiday in The Cotswolds. 3 Paddle boards and 2 lifejackets available for guest usage.
The light and airy dining area has a large table seating ten, side board and overhead lighting, leading directly to a modern kitchen that has everything required for your stay, benefitting from a large island with further seating for 3, a large 6 ring induction hob plus a single gas hob ring, a doublewide oven with extractor over, steam oven, microwave-combi oven, very large american style fridge freezer, bar/wine fridge, dish washer, a quooker tap, lavazza pod coffee machine, and toaster. Perfect for entertaining or a quiet evening in with front row seats to the most wonderful scenery around.
The first floor has four bedrooms all benefitting from multiple wardrobes and a large family bathroom with luxury fittings including a shower cubicle, large bath, double sinks and toilet.
