The well-equipped KITCHEN has all appliances needed to prepare meals like home:

The Neighborhood:

If you ask, all Portuenses say that the best of GAIA, is the view to PORTO, we don't know if it's true, but the main ATTRACTIONS of this city are at BEIRA-RIO.



The apartment's LOCATION allows you to be close to the subway, which can take you directly to the center of PORTO, or if you prefer, you can walk while soaking up the views of the RIVER uniting the two once rival cities.



To sharpen your CULTURE, be sure to visit the Monastery of SERRA DO PILAR and take a picture with a 360º view of PORTO and the RIVER. Since you are so close, an advice for RELAXING: take an afternoon to have a PIQUENIQUE while watching the sunset at the JARDIM DO MORRO, to the left of the top deck of LUIZ I POINT. Don't forget to experience a TOUR of the various PORT WINE CAVES in the city of Gaia.



Getting Around:

Located just a 5-minute walk from João de Deus metro station, this neighborhood provides easy access to public transportation.



Moreover, it boasts numerous bus stops in the vicinity, further enhancing commuting options for both residents and visitors.

- Check-in starts at 3pm.



- Check-outs end at 11am; after that time half a night will be charged and if you want to leave after 2pm you will be charged for a full night.



- If you need a crib we can provide one for 39€.



- Tourist tax in Vila Nova de Gaia of 2.5 € per night. This amount is per person for a maximum of 7 nights.
