Villa Oasi al Mare with Pool & Garden in Salento, Melendugno, Italy

We are sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. However, we would like to clarify that during your stay, you did not inform us of any of the issues mentioned in your review, with the exception of the water level in the swimming pool. In this regard, we acted promptly by contacting the property owners so that the necessary routine maintenance could be arranged. Had the other issues been reported to us during your stay, we would have had the opportunity to intervene promptly and find suitable solutions, as we always strive to do to ensure our guests’ comfort and satisfaction. We regret that we were not given the opportunity to address these concerns while you were still at the property. Kind regards, Happy Rentals Team
