First, I'm thankful for the cleanliness of the property, the clean condo, and the washer and dryer. After that, I have some concerns. The pull out couch was unbearable. It was squeaky, noisy, and no one slept much for 12 nights. The owner needs to sleep on it and see if 2 teenagers moving around on it for 12 nights would be okay with his family. Next, the sliding screen door would not stay on the tracks for barely one opening..not sure if it needs to be cleaned, oiled or replaced, but it was very difficult to manage every day. It would go onto the track, and it would open great a couple of times, then back off the track. The amount of stuff stored in the condo was ridiculous. We had 5 suitcases and couldn't find where to keep them, because the walk in closet was so full of the condo stuff, there was little room. All the extra bedding and locked up stuff was not what I was paying for. The paint, tiles, mirrors, stuff that had fallen off the walls and worn out beach chairs could easily be stored somewhere else or replaced with things like, a cooler, not a soft sided crappy fabric insulated bag. Beach chairs that were adult sized and were easy to open and close and were not 3 inches from the sand. Those cute little chairs aren't fun when to get into or out of for older folks and I couldn't get it closed most of the time. Garbage bags are not expensive, and yet, were were issued 3 for 12 days with 4 people. Not enough when I paid over 3,000. I wish it was better.
