Planta baja, super limpia unidad de esquina con vista al mar en uno de los complejos Kihei sur favoritos de Maui. Al otro lado de la calle desde el gran parque de la playa Kamaole 1. Seis pistas de tenis, tres piscinas y un montón de barbacoas para la diversión y el entretenimiento. Gran terraza y ventanas de la esquina extra por la brisa del mar. Disfrute del esplendor tropical de las verdes colinas y exuberante paisaje, palmeras y una piscina. Usted puede simplemente caminar a todo desde aquí. A wonderfully comfy & well equipped condo

We were attending a wedding in Maui and most guests were staying at the Maui Vista so we got to visit many different condos there. Mark’s was by far the most well equipped and considerate condo with everything you could need, from a pack and play, beach gear (chairs, cabana, umbrellas etc ), plenty of spare towels and linens, laundry detergent and all the kitchen amenities. There was even an incredibly thoughtful gift basket of fresh fruit, coffee and cookies and chips waiting for us. His condo was very spacious compared to others and also overlooked the beautiful garden and pool area and it was super convenient just being able to step out from the patio door. So many friends and family who were also staying at the Maui Vista came by and said how nice it was and well equipped compared to their own. Mahalo Mark for the incredible stay!

We had a great time staying at the Maui Vista.This unit had everything we needed for our stay.Kitchen is well stocked.There is lots of towels and lots of beach gear. Would definitely stay here sgain.

Fabulous Spot in Kihei!!

Pictures were spot on and place was in a great location. Beach gear and towels were fabulous. If you want to be able to walk to the beach then you can’t go wrong here. Definitely recommend !!!

Everything you need and more

I go to Hawaii about 2-3 times per year and I usually stay at a hotel and this was one of the few times we stayed at a VRBO so I have a lot of comparisons. I will say that overall it was a lovely stay. It wasn't the most luxurious; some of the cabinets and furniture was a little outdated. Also some of the pillows could use some replacing and the mattress on the sleeper sofa could use either a cover or a replacement. However, those are no biggies; the price was 1/3 of a hotel, so one can't complain. The value for what you get is much better than a hotel. The other pros far outweigh the cons I listed above. I am so used to scrounging around at a hotel for a fork or even a spare cup; forget about a plate to eat your leftovers on. However this condo had literally anything you could ever need. I have 2 kids and it was heaven to have everything you need right there. Fully stocked kitchen with the basics and more (think blender, rice maker, etc.). And it was good quality kitchenware. All the beach gear--chairs, umbrellas were provided as well as extra soap and shampoo; welcome snacks with fresh fruit and water. Other pros were the washing machine, the plethora of towels, air conditioning (although it was loud; I used ear plugs), the pool steps from the condo (amazing to NOT have to walk for 20 min to get to the pool only to realize you forgot something). By the way my pet peeve is dirty and/or cold pools but this pool was clean and super warm! There was also good parking, beaches and restaurants near by. Check in was super easy and simple. Owner was not high maintenance with a ton of rules, the vibe was that he wanted you to enjoy your stay. I rarely say that I would stay at the same place again since I like trying out new places but this condo was so convenient for a great trip that I would stay here again! Thank you for sharing your place with us!

Excellent Location

This is my second time staying at this exact property and we had an amazing time! We were greeted with some special treats (cookies, pineapples, coffee, and more!) Everything you need is within walking distance. Very quiet area! We cannot wait to come back.

Awesome main level unit

This in my opinion is the best unit in the complex. Nice corner unit with huge lanai and a 20 second walk to the pool. Lots of beach accessories for both adults and kids (Beach chairs, umbrellas, flippers, cooler etc). The place is clean and the bed was very comfortable. We BBQ'd most every nite as the bbq area is again literally a 30 second walk from the unit. We will definitely stay here again.

Amazing property

If you're looking for an exceptionally clean and fully furnished place to stay, then this is it! We had 3 adults staying here and we all found it just perfect. Mark was very easy to talk to and he also provides you with anything and everything you will need for your stay, including the wonderful gift basket he left for us! The only thing we had to buy was our food and drinks. The condo was everything that was advertised including the outdoor pool and beautiful grounds. I highly recommend this condo and will definitely stay there again on my next trip to Maui!!

Great stay!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. The condo has everything you need, down to a blender and extra sheets and towels, sunscreen, beach equipment and a newly updated washing machine (looks like). It was fully equipped. We loved lounging on the pull out couch, watching Netflix (bring your own source of netflix) when we decided to leave the bedroom. The bed in the room was very comfortable! The grounds were well kept and the condo was in a great location! But let’s talk about Mark. What makes a great stay is also the host. Mark was very responsive through the whole booking process AND after we got home from Hawaii. He was flexible, and understanding and listened to any concerns I had and takes feedback very well! He is awesome and really hopes for you to have a great stay. We were able to check out later for a small fee, and allowed us to check in early. Thanks Mark!

Great stay in Kihei

We had a great time at this property. The only complaint we had was the bathroom door got stuck every time we closed the door. There was a nice basket waiting for us when we arrived. All the beds were comfortable and the AC worked well. There was a lot of beach supplies in the closet. There was also a beautiful beach across the street. Kihei is a nice central location on the island.

It’s just right & a great value!

This has everything you need and is very comfortable, (even the pullout couch bed is comfortable if you use it!) Anything you think you might want for the beach is there. Right next to the pool, steps away from the barbecue area and beach across the street. Easy in and out, good communication and clear instructions from Mark. What else could you ask for ? It was a great vacation place and we would certainly stay there again!

Property exactly as listed - steps away from the beach. We used the BBQ' s most nights. Quiet location, beds were comfortable. Very central location for exploring the island. We loved it!

Great Place to Stay

We really enjoyed staying at this property. It was exactly what a couple needs and it is in a great location. Short walks in either direction on S Kihei Rd to find beaches, places to eat and shopping. Beach accessories were great to have to use also. Far enough off the road that the only traffic noise is in the parking lot. Very close to the pool which is great too. Thanks, Mark

Great location, great owner - fantastic stay

My family and I (3 yr old and 5 month old) stayed in Mark's condo for 1 week in October 2018- and we have nothing but lovely things to stay. Mark was excellent with providing us with check in information before we arrived. The keyless entry was very easy, and allowed us the flexibility to arrive whenever we wanted. Mark is so thoughtful and had a welcome basket waiting for us with coffee, cookies, pineapple, cold bottle of water in the fridge, etc. This was above and beyond in our eyes for an owner to do. It was especially helpful as our toddler was grumpy and hungry! The condo itself is exactly as described. It is well kept and clean. You can tell Mark takes pride in his home. We had no problems with the living arrangements. Mark's condo as EVERYTHING you could possibly need- ESPECIALLY for the beach! His closet is literally filled with beach gear. This is not the case with every rental, as our previous rental did not have nearly as many supplies for the beach. Mark's condo also has laundry detergent, extra paper towel, dish soap, etc. Which again- our previous condo did not. This is very appreciated, as when someone comes to stay for a week (from another country) you certainly don't want to spend your money on a six pack of paper towel! This also saves you time - as you don't need to use time to go to the grocery store right away for essentials. Maui Vista is a well kept condo community. It was very quiet and we had no concerns. Seemed to be a mix of people staying there long term and others who were renting short term like us. We did not use the pool or BBQ's personally, though they are right outside the condo to use. Maui Vista is fairly close to the Kihei marketplace and beaches. We walked everywhere we needed to go (aside from day trips). Location was great. It is not right on the water, (is across the street) though most condo's in Kihei are like this, so seems pretty typical. The best part about Mark's condo is Mark himself! What a stand up owner. When we had a small issue he was very quick to respond, was exceptionally understanding and went above and beyond our expectations. Mark is a gem. It is hard to find people like Mark these days anywhere- he is truly a great person. Would recommend this condo to any friends or family. My only footnote is that- the bathroom door is slightly smaller then most, and so if using a wheelchair/mobility aid- it may not fit through.

Very clean! Great Location!

Our stay here was amazing. The place was very clean and in a great location to access everything. Everything we could have possibly needed was also in the house. All the stuff for the beach and cooking supplies as well. I would recommend this place to anyone and would stay here again in the future.

Wonderful Place

Mark's condo is a very well maintained, very well provisioned unit. It has several 4 person place settings, all the glasses and cups one would ever need. Pot , pans and everything required if you choose to make your gourmet meals at home. Very comfortable bed even if it was the tallest bed I have ever slept in. For the beach there are chairs, umbrella, cooler, kids toys. Again everything you need. The lanai is very private and the view is amazing. Once again the lanai is well provisioned with table, chairs, loungers and a umbrella for those hot sunny late afternoons after too much sun on the beach. When I arrived, there was a welcome basket of coffee, chips, cookies and water. In the freezer the ice blocks for the cooler were ready to use and the ice cube trays were full and frozen. Container of ice water in the fridge. Made us feel welcome and at home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mark"s condo and are looking forward to when we can return.

Fantastic condo in a perfect location

The condo is set in a 3 building complex right off South Kihei Road. The location is perfect, as it's proximity to Kamole 1, Charlie Young, and shops and stores is perfect. The condo itself is nicely decorated, and furnished. It has everything you need for the beach in the hall closet (beach chairs, towels, coolers, umbrella). Mark was very accommodating to us. The condo is close to the building BBQs, and has a lovely view from the spacious lanai. It is also very close to the building pool. We will definitely be booking this condo again, if it's available. Oh, and the air flow is so nice from the lanai to the bedroom, that we only had to use the bedroom ac unit a couple of times. We didn't use the living room ac unit once. We stayed for 12 days arriving on the 10th of February, 2018

First time on Maui .MV3113 was a great choice.

The property is clean and well kept.Lots of beautiful colours.Water view .The palms are tall and healthy .The grounds are well kept lawns are cut and the bbq areas are very clean .Every day the caretakers are there washing , cleaning cutting sweeping .I would definitely recommend Maui Vista .The Charley Young beach is across the S.Kihei rd and the sand is silky smooth .

Amazing location and property

We spent over 2 weeks here with our 2 year old son. This unit is very well kept and has a lovely quiet location in the building. We enjoyed all of the beaches and amenities close by. There is a/c in the bedroom and living room which makes this unit very comfortable. We would highly recommend this unit and would definitely come back in the future!

nice rental

Very clean unit with added bonus of lots of beach toys, including boogie boards. Within walking distance of many restaurants, shops, and great beaches. Would stay here again!

Honeymoon

My husband and I just returned from our honeymoon on Maui and our stay in Mark's Condo was amazing. Originally we were suppose to stay here for 10 nights and then stay somewhere else for our remaining 4 nights. As soon as we arrived at the condo we knew we wanted to stay here our whole trip and Mark was very accommodating! The beach is a short walk from the condo and it was beautiful. The condo is equipped with everything you need for the beach (towels, beach chairs, snorkel gear, cooler, boogie boards, pool noodles etc). The kitchen in the condo was equipped with everything to make your own meals. Lots of kitchen appliances, pots and pans. There were even spices in the cupboard, along with other commonly used kitchen items. There was an air conditioning unit in the living room and in the bedroom, plus many fans. We were never too warm. The lanai is beautiful, and being on the ground level there was extra room. It is only steps from the pool which is small but lovely. It was never crowded. Overall we had the best vacation and would recommend this condo to everyone! The location is very central and walking distance to many beaches, restaurants, and night life.

Cute and cozy

My family and I enjoyed our stay there. Most of everything needed was there. Only complaint would be, is the bedroom was way to hot! If there was an AC unit in the bedroom as well it would have been great.
