The Fairways is the perfect location for anyone looking to explore the ever-popular Thanet coastline and all it has to offer. Perfect for keen cyclists and those who enjoy walking. Broadstairs and Ramsgate are 10 minutes by car and the historic town of Canterbury is just 30 minutes away.
Prior to arrival, guests will be issued with full check in instructions.
To access the apartment, guests are required to walk up two small flights of stairs and unfortunately there is no elevator in the building therefore we would not recommend this property for anyone who would struggle with stairs or who requires wheelchair access.
Located with the privately gated complex, the apartment is located on the 1st Floor.
The luxury apartment boasts a modern, open space kitchen/diner/lounger area, a double bedroom and under floor heating throughout. The most spectacular views of the golf course and the Kent coastline can be enjoyed from comfort of the balcony seating area.
It’s perfect for either a family or couples who are looking for an escape to the coast or anyone looking to enjoy the all-year round golf course which the apartment overlooks.
The spacious living room has a sofa as well as a double sofa bed so the apartment can sleep up to 4 people. There is Smart TV with Netflix which is free for our guests to use along with access to a super-fast Wi-Fi connection.
The open planned, fully equipped kitchen houses an induction hob and integrated oven and microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The kitchen also has a kettle, toaster, and a coffee machine. There is also a dining table for those looking to spend their evenings in the comfort of the apartment.
The bedroom homes a King size bed, extensive wardrobe space and a full-length mirror. The bed can also be split into two singles if desired.
The apartment has an allocated parking space which is free for our guests to use for the duration of their stay. There are also two EV charging points available for guests to use.
Next to North Foreland Golf Club
The apartment is accessed via a communal door entrance and some of the neighbouring apartments are home to permanent residents. We ask our guests to respect this and keep noise to a minimum when entering and leaving the building.
