Esta casa de vacaciones privada frente al lago está completamente amueblada con todo lo que necesita para unas vacaciones inolvidables ubicadas en el Lago Hamilton. Diversión familiar que incluye nadar y pescar desde el muelle.
La casa tiene tres dormitorios, dos baños, sala de pantalla grande, cubierta y muelle cubierto con muelle de baño.
Este listado duerme 9 con rey cama en el maestro con TV y reproductor de DVD, segundo dormitorio tiene cama queen con baño y el tercer dormitorio tiene cama nido y literas con dos camas y completo en la parte inferior. El tercer dormitorio tiene TV con X Box 360 y reproductor de DVD. Una cama supletoria disponible.
La sala de estar incluye una gran sala familiar y una zona de comedor con chimenea de piedra. TV con reproductor de DVD en living rm.
La zona de comedor incluye asientos para 6 personas.
Cocina totalmente equipada con encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. Incluye 2 asientos adicionales en la mesa del comedor con una acogedora área de estudio.

Wonderful home on the lake.

The home was clean and updated with a beautiful backyard, great view of the lake and homes around the cove, and the beds were new and extremely comfortable! The host was great and the property was fabulous.

House and property was gorgeous! Large screened-in patio had an amazing view of the lake. The host was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

Hot Springs Fun in the Sun

Wonderful house and location on the lake! Great owners and very clean and comfy house. Swimming off dock was a big plus. Highly recommend.

Great Place to stay

We had a great time at this property close to everything. View was beautiful. The one thing that I did not realize was that the house is on a big hill and it is a steep climb to get back up to the house. But would stay her again!

Truly perfect!

This was our second stay at this home in 5 years. Nice updates! We love it here because of the large and amazing screened porch, where we spent most of our time at the house. We spent most of our days floating in the water in the lovely, quiet cove!

I would rent again!!!!!!

The shower in the master bedroom is very small. My wife and made it work, but not really made for adults. The listing talks about a hot tub in one part. Then in another part it talks about a spa tub. There is not a hot tub. There is a tub with water jets. The owner is nice. Made himself available if we had problems. We didn’t have any problems, but he would accept our phone calls. We would rent again, if we go back to the area.

Lovely setting and ohh the porch!

We know the owners had some issues prior to our arrival and we are thankful to them for being able to get those settled! Thank you! Lovely space. Beds were comfortable. Living areas feel spacious. The back screened porch overlooking the river is, as many reviewers said, where we spent our time. It is large, nicely furnished, and just lovely. Having read the reviews we knew the back yard to the water was a little steep, and knew the "little bathroom" was definitely little. Our only "surprise" was that little bathroom is off the "kids/multi bed" room and not a "master". That wasn't an issue for us but just an "oh". We didn't cook much so can't comment on the kitchen equipment. Refrigerator is double door huge.

Beautiful property in perfect location!

The house and property were beautiful! The back porch is a great place to hang out with the morning coffee. Very private and the dock was nice in the late afternoon to swim and just chill after long days on the lake. There were a couple issues with appliances, but the owner called me to let me know he has already ordered all new appliances. Did not effect our weekend at all. We loved this rental and can't wait to return!

Great location for everything

We stayed for 3 weeks and had a fantastic time! The house is located close to groceries, food, and shopping. Hikking, biking, public boat ramp and swim beach, and downtown are only 15min drive (if not less) from the house. We felt central to anything we needed. The house backs up to a cove off the main channel so you never have to deal with any wake while swimming off the dock, or boat traffic in general. It is a nice quiet spot. The driveway and front yard are very spacious with plenty of room for kids to run around, ride bikes, or Rollerblade. We also had enough room to play ball with our dogs. The pictures do not do the house justice. The house is updated and the furniture is all very high end. Super comfortable beds. Kitchen was very well stocked (even had Tupperware for storing leftovers!). The screened in porch is the highlight of the house.. we spent the majority of our time here when not swimming off the dock. Randall was great with communication and was immediately available with any questions we had. He was very friendly and hospitable. We will absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful property

The Lake House is a beautiful property. We really enjoyed our stay. We had a couple of minor issues and Randal was very responsive and helpful. Great home with even better view. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay on our vacation.

Perfect house and location

This was such an amazing house with the best view. The house had a great floor plan for us and the kids. The screen room kept the bugs out but let us enjoy the view and accommodated 20 people for dinners comfortably. The owners were so sweet and extremely helpful. The hill to the water was a little intense but it was a nice workout lol. I would stay here again for sure!!!

Just What We Needed

This has been a very difficult year for us. My husband and I went through the loss of our 16 year old BostonTerrier, my job was furloughed, and we had been effectively housebound since the end of March. Making the decision to go to Lake Hamilton was not easy. Upon our arrival we immediately knew it was the right decision. Just being mask free and exploring the house and the lake was amazing. The cleanliness of the house was never in question and the screened in porch was my haven. There were so many outdoor places to visit in the area that allowed us the freedom we were looking for and when we came back to the home the serenity continued. My phone interactions with the property owners were so helpful and they displayed their kindness and love of their home with every conversation. I would highly recommend this property and am excited to add it to our small list of must go again vacation destinations..

What a wonderful, peaceful place!

We had such a perfect time at this property! Even though it rained a lot, we made the best of it and played games, watched movies together and just enjoyed each other. This property is just as listed. And the owners were super when it came to communicating back and forth! Highly recommend! Would definitely stay again!

So peaceful and fun!

This place is now one of our favorite vacation rentals! Everything about it was wonderful: lovely and clean house, comfy beds, awesome, private property and location on the lake, amazing screened porch with beautiful view of the lake and mountain. I absolutely loved waking up every morning to see the sunrise and sip my coffee from the porch. The kids had so much fun swimming off the dock and it was a great place for boating. If we decide to vacation in Hot Springs again, we would definitely consider staying here again!

Wonderful Trip

We had a wonderful stay at this property! Upon arrival, we were notified that someone had hit the gas line and there was no gas. The owners were super responsive and quickly got crews out to fix it. We couldn’t have asked for better service or communication. We loved the screened porch and the views! It was a wonderful trip and we will most definitely stay there again when we come back!

Wonderful place

I would echo the many positive reviews. We had a great time with the family. The house was very clean and comfortable and in a great, convenient location. We especially enjoyed the screened living area overlooking the lake and mountains. We brought our SeaDoo and were able to easily and securely tie off to the boat dock. This was our first time to Lake Hamilton and I thought the location on the lake was good. Go out of the quiet cove and turn left to get to the main lake or turn right and you are at the north end and can continue up the Ouachita River to just below the dam at Lake Ouachita. Communication with the owner was timely and efficient. Checkin and checkout was smooth. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice quiet and relaxing place to stay on Lake Hamilton.

Lake Vacation

We had a great time and really enjoyed our stay and the house. Especially, enjoyed sitting out on the porch early in the morning and in the evening. Lake was great and the location was very "quiet".
