The Historic Loft was awesome and was a great home base for our Pensacola trip. Very spacious and a fun layout for our group. Will definitely be back next year!

Very Spacious!

The size of the rental does not come across in the pictures. There was more than enough room to accommodate the 9 members of my family. We loved the loft and will definitely be back in the future.

Wonderful Property

Communication with property management was excellent. There was more than enough space, meeting areas and beds for the 4 adult males in our party. Unique space very close to downtown area would recommend for families. Truly exceptional property.

Such a Great Place

Eight of us rented this to attend a local event over the weekend. It’s huge! Great communication from the owner, very comfortable, lots of amenities, pool table, very close to downtown. Only ‘bad’ thing I can say is we couldn’t find a baking sheet or a toaster. Not sure if we missed them, but it did have an electric kettle for my tea!

Big space

The space is big and open. However at night it's really dark inside. There aren't light fixtures bright enough to light up the space.

Short time… Perfect

Very large, some what dark, lots of lamps, lots of step ups and step downs. Challenging for people that need a cane but perfect for our short time there for attending the wedding. Might need to bring night lights. Host was unseen and unheard. But attendant if needed. It was a great weekend.

Lots of Space and Cool Atmosphere

We had a great stay for 4 nights and 5 days with 3 teens, parents and Grandpa. We relaxed and took advantage of the space with coffee in the mornings under the tree canopy outside, cooking a few times, playing pool, movies and pitting togther a 1000 peice puzzle from the house. Everyone had thier own room which made for a better trip. We walked the neighborhood and visited the gallery, bookstore and wellness shop. Felt safe thought it is a area to just be aware like any neighborhood near a downtown. Was too far away from the lively area on Palafox for us to walk but that was expected. Beds where comfy and place was clean. Kitchen is super small and kitchenware is very basic but enough there to make a meal though we used a pot as a mixing bowl (was fun being creative!). Be aware host lives on property and you can hear neighbors when in bathroom area at back of the place and can here people walking around upstairs. We did not see host during our time there (so was private) except for when it rained allot and we where warned to move our car because street floods. Would stay here again when wanted a good value and lots of room. Space is not "lux" but it is unique, spacious and comfortable. It was a great backdrop for our family trip. Pensacola itself is an awesome place to visit. We have been many times. Naval base, history, good food, downtown and fabulous beach. It is our favorite area on Gulf Coast when looking more then just a beach trip.

The host lives in the building and is a nightmare!

She lives in the building and the room makes a sound tunnel. If you play pool on their table it bothers her. She listed damages that we didn’t make and made a 750 dollar charge that could be fixed for 25 for something we didn’t even damage. Strange older woman that clearly isn’t easy to work with. Ridiculous

Diver on surface divers ok!

I’m kinda reluctant to leave the raving review that I really want for this little gem bc then everyone will book it! However, here we go! We are a group of scuba divers that frequent the panhandle of the sunshine state often. Looking for nice accommodations at a reasonable price is always a challenge for large groups, however search no more. This charming set up is something straight out of a “Friends” episode. It boasts several comfortable rooms and supports a compradore atmosphere with a pool table, large dinner table… plenty of room to even host a High School prom if needed lol The host was easy to work with and clearly cared about our experience. The area is quiet and uninterrupted sleep is easy to find! The only complaint I have is that my trip was only 4 days 🙄. I would highly recommend this joint!

Great loft for our group going Scuba Diving!

The propert really was perfect for our trip. Tons of space in the loft, and the parking was great for all of our vehicles in a secluded area. Close to all of the great food and entertainment that Pensacola has to offer.

Perfect for a guys' trip

This was a great place for 5 old college buddies to hang out for a few days. The sitting area was super comfortable and lord knows how many games of pool we played. Everyone had their own bedroom as well which was a big plus. Would love to rent it again next year. Dave

Great location

My family and I stayed here recently and we loved it. The location in historical downtown Pensacola is awesome. 5 minutes from great restaurants, cafes and shops. The place itself is charming and a great space to hang out. It’s perfect for a large group. We loved our stay and the host is very professional. I highly recommend this property.
