The space
Recently upgraded and beautifully furnished throughout, this luxury four bedroom private home features an open floor plan with wrap around kitchen, counter-height seating, dining area, dedicated work space, and living room with 72" Smart TV.

Fully appointed modern kitchen including stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with beautiful crisp new linens, pillows, and bed coverings. Master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower and 65" Smart TV. Second master bedroom also features a private en-suite bathroom. Two air mattresses are available for additional sleeping accommodations located in the upstairs linen closet.

Spacious living room includes a comfy sofa, additional entertainment room with air hockey table and 65" Smart TV, laundry area, private backyard, high-speed Wi-Fi, on-site parking, and keyless access.

Overall spacing of house is good. Appliances not working well like AC system, refrigerator. Need to do better with cleaning/housekeeping of the floors, and bathroom.

Convenient

Property was clean. No bugs. It is roomy. There were 5 of us and 2 had to work remote. There was space for the 2 to get away for quite. 2 large living areas. The house was convenient to shopping and tourist attractions. Communication with owners was good.

Terrible

The house was dirty and had bedbugs and the upstairs bathrooms clogged up an we couldn’t use them. My family has bug bites all over them. the dumpster was full of trash and maggots it was such a terrible experience that we left a day early and it ruined our vacation I’m still waiting to hear about the refund.

Once you told us about the issues, we called in pest control right away. They didn't find bedbugs, but we completely get why this was distressing for you. Do NOT Stay Here!!!!

This place was terrible. There was a major leak in the downstairs bathroom and kitchen that had obviously been there for some time. The leak in the bathroom made it unusable. There were not enough towels, and some towels in the cabinets were wet and dirty. There were dirty towels on the floor of the linen closet. Two of the upstairs toilets did not flush. One of the beds did not have a bottom sheet. The lights in the downstairs bathroom started strobing on the 2nd day. The host sent the maintenance man out twice to fix the toilets and the lights, but he could not fix the leak so the downstairs bathroom was unusable for the entire stay. Housekeeping did come out and change the sheets, but the host told me to throw the wet towels in the dryer. The entire place was in need of paint and deep cleaning. Trying to get issues resolved was difficult. After the stay, I requested a refund due to the terrible condition of the house, and after much delay, I was finally given a measly refund of 65, not even 10%.

Hi Michelle, We are really sorry this stay turned out to be such a letdown for you. That is never the kind of experience we want our guests to have. Just to give a little background, once we heard about the issues, we sent our handyman out twice and had housekeeping come by to change the sheets. The leak was more involved than expected and could not be fully fixed during your stay, which we totally get was frustrating. We also asked if you could toss the towels in the dryer just to hold you over until our team could swing by the next morning. Definitely not ideal, and we appreciate you rolling with that. As for the refund, we did issue one after reviewing everything, and while we know it may not have matched what you were hoping for, it was done in good faith based on what we were able to address. We really do take your feedback seriously, and we are working on tightening things up to make future stays smoother.
