If your request is approved, you will need to sign a contract, provide documentation proving the temporary nature of your stay, and have an Italian tax ID number.<br><br>We can also arrange in-person check-ins, provided arrangements are made at least one day in advance.<br><br>In-person check-ins cost 25 euros until midnight and 50 euros from midnight to 2:00 a.m. Self-check-ins, including late check-ins, are always free.<br><br>During your stay, we’ll always be available to assist you with any requests, recommendations, or information about your stay in Milan.<br><br>Please note that since this is an apartment and not a hotel, if you’re checking in person, you’ll need to make arrangements regarding the time.
