A beautiful rental in the heart of Venice. This place had everything we needed to have a perfect day while sightseeing. There are comfortable beds, plenty of bathrooms, a very nice kitchen and living area. The washer and dryer were a bonus.

The house was beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The air conditioning worked well, the kitchen was well equipped (we didn't use the oven/stove) and the upstairs common area was wonderful. The location was excellent, centrally located (but off the main pathways), and not noisy. We would definitely stay there again!

Terrific location and Palazzetto!!

The location was perfect, out of the tourist area but so central to all of the sights, easy walks to everything! Located on a charming square, just so nice! The unit itself was spacious, bright, modern and updated, well supplied and just a great place to stay. Views on Venice team were also great, very responsive and very helpful! We highly recommend it and would happily stay here again!

Great Location and Host

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Palazzetto San Stin in Venice. The apartment was recently updated and was very comfortable and provided plenty of room for 3 people. The location was very convenient to many restaurants and popular sites and the walk to and from the taxi drop off was easy (only 3 bridges and 2 with ramps). We would recommend this apartment for your stay in Venice.

Modern, chic, and very clean.

Our family truly enjoyed this stay. The hosts were very communicative and even greated us at the port. The apartment was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. There is a small corner store near by where we got lots of water and snacks for the kids. You are away from the crowds but close enough to walk to everything or take a water bus if you'd like.

A Perfect Stay

Everything in the apartment is as pictured - brand new, well decorated, well air-conditioned, very comfortable living area spaces and super comfy beds. The bedrooms are pretty small, but were just fine for our group. There were lots of extra pillows and super soft blankets - and the linens were all nice. The drop-off point for the water taxi at Campo San Stin is so convenient when dealing with luggage - there are no bridges between the drop point and the apartment. And the closest vaporetto stop is a very comfortable 5 minute walk away. Everything you need is close by. We would absolutely stay here again! Based on the listing, we expected to have a separate washer and tumble dryer, so we were disappointed when we still needed to use a drying rack to dry all our clothes. Other than that, all expectations were met!

We had an amazing time in Venice. The house was clean, well maintained, and remarkably cool in the peak of summer heat. The team checking us in was knowledgeable, and friendly. And we were so appreciative of all the recommendations, along with assistance booking tours and transportation.

Great stay! Communication was excellent and questions were answered quickly. Rooms were comfortable with plenty of space for 4 adults. Well outfitted. We enjoyed the location - a slightly quieter part of town but plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Would stay again in a heartbeat!
