All on one-level, with parking for 2 cars, and a sunny garden, the accommodation provides everything you will need for a short break or long stay.

- All essentials provided including toiletries, linen, towels and kitchen essentials (tea, coffee, milk sachets, salt and pepper, oil)
- Private outdoor space with table and chairs, perfect for alfresco dining whilst enjoying the fresh sea breeze
- Off-road parking space for 2 cars
- We have an electric car charger that you can use. It's called the Go Zero Optimus EV charger, and it can fill your car with 20-30 miles of range per hour, depending on the type of electric car you have. It's the best way to charge your car while staying at our property. Please note: This is an untethered charger, so guests will need to bring their own charging cable. Guests will need to pay for usage via a QR code.

Broadstairs train station is approx 15 minutes by foot and is regularly served by Southeastern High Speed services travelling to/from London St Pancras as well trains from London Victoria. The train from London St Pancras takes 90 minutes and a little longer from Victoria, and it’s just 50 minutes from Ashford International station
National Express runs a national network of coach services. Coaches run from London Victoria to various stops in Thanet and take approximately 2 hours.
Frequent bus services: the Thanet Loop serves Margate, Cliftonville, Broadstairs, Ramsgate and Westwood Cross.
