Welcome to DockSideVaca, your luxury waterfront paradise in Cocoa Beach! This spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home sits directly on the scenic Banana River, offering an unmatched blend of relaxation and adventure.

• Open floor plan with bright, welcoming living areas and stunning river views from the living room, chef's kitchen, and bedrooms.
• Fully equipped chef's kitchen perfect for creating memorable meals.
• Private, screened-in swimming pool, an inviting oasis for cooling off or soaking up the sun.
• One-of-a-kind game room with a 5-hole 'COSMIC' mini-golf course, complete with disco black lights and glowing artwork.
• Canal front where you can watch for dolphins, manatees, fish and seabirds.
• Boaters Welcome: Feel free to bring your boat! You can park it at the private, roofed boat dock on the property for direct access to the Banana River and a short drive through the locks to the Atlantic Ocean for Pelagic fishing.
• Cozy fire pit for enjoying spectacular sunsets over the river.
• Experience Bioluminescence. The season in Cocoa Beach is during the summer and fall, from June to October, with the peak often in July and August.

Other things to note
A few additional details to make your stay perfect:
• Pool Heating: During the cooler months, we offer the option to heat the pool to a comfortable 85°F for an additional fee of $45 per night. Please let us know after booking if you'd like to add this service.
• Boaters Welcome: Feel free to bring your boat! You can park it at the private, roofed boat dock on the property for direct access to the Banana River. Must have proof of boat insurance.
• Wildlife: You are in a natural habitat! Keep an eye out for incredible wildlife like dolphins and manatees right from the backyard dock. It's a truly special experience.

Brian is super attentive and wanting to ensure you feel safe and comfortable. The rooms were very clean, pool heated and lots of amenities on the property. Only tip would be bring your own shampoo and body wash!

Recently stayed on 2 family vacation (3 kids, 4 adults); plenty of space although we were outside by the pool the whole time. We utilized the grill often. The dock is awesome and we saw a manatee and a dolphin right off shore. No need to book a tour!We walked to the beach. House came stocked with 4 chairs and a cooler to use which was super convenient as we flew to FL.House right between 2 major grocery stores; near Ron Jon, downtown Cocoa Beach, and many souvenir shops.We paid to have the pool heated and we were in it the whole time. Well worth it.Super fun space and Brian was responsive.Probably the easiest check out process of any rental I have ever stayed at.

Perfect Location!

This is a fabulous property. Just 1 hour from Orlando. More than enough space for my family of five. The cabinets are stocked and everything was nicely appointed. The pool is clean and has a deep end which my kids appreciated. The new dock out back is huge and we caught tons of fish. We saw manitees every single day we were there, usually more than 1 and the kayaks were clean and easy to launch. There was a rocket launch the first night of our stay and we watched it perfectly from the front yard lawn chairs. Walking distance to the beach, pier, and tons of restaurants. Owners were very responsive. My kids already want to go back. First time in Cocoa Beach but wont be my last.
