The Space:

Direct Oceanfront Home with Pool just steps to the beach! Make those family memories in this four bedrooms/four-bathroom Direct Oceanfront Beach Home located in sunny Cocoa Beach. Beautiful, fully furnished kitchen, for preparing meals in or cook-out by the pool. Home features two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the ground floor. Master Suite, Bunk Bedroom and Game Room with two full bathrooms. Enjoy your coffee while watching the sunrise over the Atlantic from your private master suite balcony. Truly a great place for making special memories to last a lifetime! NO PETS.



Guest Access:

The whole house is for guest use. Electronic lockbox for entry.



The Neighborhood:

This neighborhood is a beach front community, walkable to shops, cafes, restaurants, entertainment, bars and community events. ***The Minutemen Beach Access at the street light (to the north) opens right onto the beach without stairs.*** This area is more park-like, manned by the City of Cocoa Beach. Expect heavy foot traffic. During Spring and Summer months the Minutemen Beach Access may have a Life Guard on duty within a limited time frame. (their available hours should be visibly posted nearby the entrance of the beach)



Getting Around:

Getting around the area is so easy. Sidewalks, bike lanes, pedestrian crosswalks and easy one-way traffic pattern for automobile traffic. Please obey local traffic and pedestrian laws. Jaywalking is illegal in Florida however the area of Cocoa Beach is quite prone to it. Be especially careful of pedestrians when driving and please use the crosswalks when walking as a pedestrian.

** Please Note** There is a security alarm system but it does NOT operate for guest use.

Very clean and organized house with convenient access to the beach. The house had everything you needed including beach supplies. We hung out at the beach all day and relaxed in the pool and hot tub in the evening until bed time.

Beautiful Location

Greatly enjoyed staying at this property. The house was spacious and right on the beach. It is a public beach, but well maintained with beautiful white sand and clear blue water. Speaking of water, we loved that there was plenty of hot water for all 6 of us. Would stay again.

Great family getaway.

We had a blast this week and this house was a big factor. It had plenty of space for everyone and was so convenient being right on the beach. It's also super close to the store and some amazing restaurants. 10/10 will definitely be staying again!

The house was very clean and had lots of space. The location right on the beach was amazing! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need. The pool during our stay was ice cold because of the low temperatures and no sun on the pool. A little outdated furniture but that didn't hinder our stay but if replaced would make the house even better. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

This was the MOST well stocked, thoughtfully planned property we have ever rented. The location is amazing! The house is gorgeous and the communicaiton was quick and friendly. We will 100% be staying here again. Do not hesitate, just book this property!

We stayed at this beach house in Cocoa Beach for a long weekend and had a fantastic experience. The home was extremely clean, spacious, and clearly well taken care of, with great attention to detail throughout. Check-in was smooth, and the host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The beach access was private and super convenient, and the pool was a perfect bonus. Overall, a great spot for a relaxing getaway—would definitely stay here again.
