The Space:
This spacious property is the perfect getaway with comfort, peace & quiet and proximity to Manchester and its attractions.
The house is spread over four storeys, featuring:
* Five King-size bedrooms (all with large Smart TVs) on the first and second floor
* Three bathrooms on the first & second floors
* A large open plan Kitchen-Diner with cosy nook
* A fully-stocked kitchen for cooking and dining-in, with modern appliances including a Nespresso Coffee Machine
* A separate bright and comfortable lounge with a large sofabed
* A basement utility room with washing machine
* Hotel-quality linen hire and free toiletries
* Sky Entertainment, Sky Cinema & Sky Sports packages on the lounge and nook TVs
We have several travel cots and high chairs available, upon request.

You have full exclusive use of the house & rear patio during your stay

The house is located a short drive from the M60 and M56 motorways

Please note this property has a video doorbell by the front door and security cameras above the side path and back patio for safety and security of the property, and a 'Minut' safety device which monitors humidity, temperature and noise levels (without recording audio, it reports volume level in decibels).

Please note that before your booking checkin date, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit (a £6 non-refundable admin fee applies) or buying a non-refundable damage waiver for £35.
