Upon entering the ground floor of the White Sand Villa, stylish decor and panoramic vistas await to enchant you. Here, an open-plan living room welcomes you, adorned with a sofa, a ceiling fan, and a 50" Smart TV, providing the perfect setting for relaxation and entertainment. Additionally, this level boasts a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances including a wine cooler and Nespresso coffee machine, inviting you to indulge in culinary delights. An indoor dining area and a WC is also available on this level.


First Floor
Ascending the staircase to the first floor, three bedrooms of the villa offer luxurious retreats, including:
Bedroom 1: Queen size bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), 42" Smart TV, balcony with sitting area, en-suite bathroom with shower
Bedroom 2: 2 single beds (0.90 m x 2.00 m) that can be transformed to a queen size bed with a mattress topper, 42" Smart TV, balcony with sitting area, en-suite bathroom with shower
Bedroom 3: This master bedroom boasts a queen size bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), 42" Smart TV, and en-suite bathroom with shower. The master bedroom also features a bathtub in the room. Furthermore, this room opens to the private balcony with a mini corner pool and sitting area offering a secluded haven for relaxation.



Outdoor area
The outdoor area of White Sand Villa can be reached directly from the living room area and offers facilities including:
- A private, 30 sq.m. infinity swimming pool, 1.4 m deep. The pool can also be heated for the entire stay with an additional daily charge, upon request.
- The pool area is equipped with 3 sun beds, 4 poufs
- BBQ facilities with a BROIL KING gas grill.
- Outdoor dining area for 6 people
- Outdoor lounge area for 10 people with a firepite

The whole villa is fully fenced and has a gated entrance offering security to our guests.

Breakfast is an opportunity for us to give you a taste and the services we stand for. Every morning, in the comfort of your villa, we will serve you a selection of the bestGreek and international products: fresh fruit juices, Greek honey, jams, fresh selection of bread, gluten-free breads, variation of pies, bio eggs, mini sandwiches, cereals, Greek yogurt, and any extra requests, for a relaxed starting day.Breakfast can be served from 08:00 to 11:30.


- In-villa room service
The Sand Villas has selected for you a range of dishes from nearby restaurants. Simply peruse the menus provided in the villa and place your order through our on-site villa manager for a delectable dining experience.


- Daily housekeeping
Daily housekeeping takes place between 11:00 to 14.00 hours.


- Personal on-site manager
A personal on-site manager is offered during your stay to ensure your holiday is as relaxing as possible.


**Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at EUR15 per night from April to October and EUR4 per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.
