LuVi House is a very spacious three-room apartment located on the second floor in a building on the corner of Santa Croce Square, directly in front of the Verdi Theater.

It can accommodate up to four people thanks to two double beds and two full bathrooms.

The host was extremely helpful and answered my questions.The apartment was clean and spacious and very comfortable. The location was within walking distance to the famous sites.

Rating for as listed lower because washer/dryer was listed no dryer. Manager pretty much said “oh well VRBO’s error with no adjustment on her end. Otherwise unit was as described & in photos. Actually a nice apartment.Other than how lack of dryer was handled no complaints there.Be prepared for a noisy street & music from the next apartment. Great location other than noise.

A spacious apartment perfectly located in Florence next the Santa Croce and Christmas markets. The apartment had all of the amenities and more that one would want. Loved the full kitchen and having decent hairdryers! Would definitely stay at Luvi House again. 11/10!

Fantastic location which allowed for us to easily explore all parts of beautiful Florence. The property was spacious and clean. Being in the city, the joys of the night May sometimes interrupt sleep. But well worth the stay.. Highly recommend

My daughter and I were visiting Florence from Canada for the first time. The days leading up to our arrival, we attempted to communicate with the host several times. They failed to answer on both vrbo as well as WhatsApp. I was forced to call them using my international data plan, which was not ideal as my data is limited when I travel. They answered the phone immediately and were able to answer my questions. Upon check in, there was no wifi and the smoke detector was beeping. Soon after checking in, the power went out. I contacted the host again and he advised they would be sending someone within the hour. A few hours later, we returned and everything was fixed and in working order. I didn’t feel like these problems should have been an issue as they are standard checks that the host should have ensured were good to go prior to guests checking in. Throughout our stay, there were no further issues. The apartment was very clean and well located. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Florence.

Lovely apartment

We enjoyed our stay very much. Florence is a beautiful city and the location of the apartment is ideal for visiting the local sites and museums. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had plenty of space for my family of 3.

My favorite place in Italy

We absolutely loved every single thing about this apartment. It was gorgeous, in a great location, has an absolutely wonderful restaurant below, has a little convenient store below, and is located close to all the attractions. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. We honestly wanted to leave Rome and come back to Florence!

The apartment was clean and in a wonderful location. That being said…the plugs were strange and needed conversion to regular Italy plugs. There were a couple of converters in the apartment, but knowing that would have been helpful. In the large bedroom you can’t have the air conditioner and the WiFi plugged in at the same time, and there were significant amounts of time that the apartment smelled like raw sewage. That was common in Florence (the smell). Overall good apartment, great location, but wish more info had been given on electrical outlets and the air conditioner.

Amazing place to stay in Florence

Me and my wife were in town for a wedding, and this place was amazing! Walking distance to everything in the city, and so much to do in the immediate area. A small store below the apartment was great to have, as I found myself there grabbing drinks and snacks fairly often. A pizza spot down the street stayed open ALL NIGHT to serve as a “go to” for when we got hungry in the later evening. A taxi stand was close by as well for the trip to the airport. Just an overall great experience and I would stay there again in a heartbeat. *the one thing we had an issue with was the air conditioner leaking water in the kitchen. Not that big of a deal but worth noting.

Lovely apartment, horrible neighbors!

The apartment truly is pleasant, but there were no instructions at the rental and a complete lack of response from the rental company after check-in. The blatantly rude and disrespectful neighbors upstairs caused sleepless nights, every night, until about 3-4am. There was very loud commotion/parities that even the locals were yelling and complaining about in the middle of the night. It’s hard to enjoy your trip when you’re completely sleep deprived. I am generally a very patient person. I tried to get in contact with the rental company last night and waited 24 hours for a response. Their non-response is why they get a 1 star. They obviously know noise and disruption is a major problem for these rentals!
