Villa Belvedere is a spacious residence nestled in the peaceful hills of the Marche region, between the blue of the sea and the green of the Sibillini Mountains. It boasts a beautiful view of the sea, which is about 15 km away. <br>The villa is spread over two floors connected by an internal staircase. The first floor consists of: a main entrance, a spacious living room with a fireplace and armchairs where you can relax. The sea view is visible from the living area, which features a dining table that seats up to 30 people and a pool table. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and utensils. There is a full bathroom on the first floor. The living room offers direct access to the beautiful pool and garden.<br>An internal staircase leads to the first floor, which features four bedrooms and three bathrooms.<br>Outside, there is a porch with a second dining area featuring an outdoor table and chairs. It has a regular shape, and entry is via comfortable steps. Its depth is 1.50 m. The sunbathing area is furnished with lounge chairs.
