Lake James Retreat: espaciosa casa privada frente al lago

¡La diversión abunda en el lago! Has encontrado el lugar perfecto para disfrutar de Lake Living. Espectaculares vistas en un oasis privado en el lago James con esta casa de 5 habitaciones y 3 baños frente al lago con muelle privado. Ingrese a la casa y será recibido con un plano de planta abierto con techos altos. Toda la casa se actualizó con nuevos muebles comprados en 2017.

Esta casa tiene una gran cocina completamente equipada con una gran isla y mucho espacio para entretener a familiares y amigos. El piso principal también proporciona acceso al porche con mosquitero y la gran terraza con vista al lago.

Su casa de vacaciones dormirá cómodamente 12 con la siguiente ropa de cama:
1 rey
2 reinas
2 pares de literas (para 4)
2 gemelos

La casa fue diseñada para alojar múltiples familias con 2 cocinas y 2 salas de estar. La planta principal ofrece 3 dormitorios y 2 baños con una cocina completa con una gran isla. El nivel inferior dispone de 2 dormitorios y 1 baño con zona de cocina y mesa de ping pong.

Los huéspedes disfrutan de TV por cable en los 3 televisores de alta definición y se proporciona internet de banda ancha con acceso WiFi.

Una vez afuera, los huéspedes son recibidos con una pequeña playa de arena y una fogata al borde del agua. En el lago, tenemos un muelle privado donde podrás usar nuestras 2 tablas de paddle surf y un kayak que proporcionan una excelente manera de explorar y disfrutar del hermoso lago James. Si desea explorar más a fondo el lago, nos complace recomendarle un par de puertos deportivos que ofrecen alquiler de pontones. El deslizamiento principal está ocupado, pero los huéspedes pueden amarrarse a un lado.

El camino de entrada es estrecho y empinado, pero también ofrece un espacio para conducir por toda la casa. Los remolques de botes pueden dejarse caer en la parte superior de la unidad en un espacio completamente plano a la izquierda de la entrada.

La casa ofrece todo lo necesario para una base ideal para garantizar que disfrute de unas vacaciones divertidas y relajantes en los lagos más bellos de las Carolinas.

My family and I enjoyed thanksgiving in this beautiful home. The weather was colder than we had wanted but that didn't stop us. The kids enjoyed basketball outside, cornhole and ping pong downstairs. While the adults enjoyed the upstairs, great food, unexpectedly good football and family. Thank you for the great family memories!!

This property had everything we needed plus more! We really enjoyed the fire pit by the lake. The lake cove was quiet and serene. The house was very clean and the bathrooms and kitchen were stocked with soap, towels, shampoo, pots, pans, and all manner of dishes and utensils. The WiFi was great and the TV’s were all up to date. Our group of 9 loved the vibe!

Great house on Lake James!

House was great! Lots of room, nice screened in porch room and large kitchen! We brought our boat and docked right at the house! The hosts were incredibly nice and answered right away with any questions that we had! We had to leave a day early because our grandkids came down with fevers and they refunded our last night. Didn’t need to, but they did! Super nice!!

Beautiful home for a family vacation!

Very comfortable home, we had a wonderful stay! Matt & Bhavana were very responsive and helpful. We booked a boat for a few days and it's a great spot for enjoying the lake. The walk to the dock is steep, but WAY easier than many of the other homes we saw. The view is lovely and the property felt very private. We took day trips to the Biltmore and a few hiking spots, and had some meals in Marion and Morganton; while feeling quite remote, it's not too far away from anything you might need! We also cooked a lot, and the kitchen was roomy enough for three of us to cook/prep and the others to sit around the island chatting. Definitely would book again!

Family Fun

Fantastic home! Loved the layout, kitchen, bedrooms. We ate breakfast every day on the screened in porch. Walked down to the lake for a float or swim or paddle board. The teens loved jumping off the dock at the house and s’mores at night by the fire pit. Loved fishing off the dock. The beds were really comfortable!

Quick visit

Matt was so great at accommodating our big group for a family funeral. We needed a really short stay and an unusual start time and he went the extra mile to make it happen. We were so grateful to have been able to stay together at such a hard time for our family. And the property is gorgeous!!!!

Great getaway!

Plenty of room for everyone to gather together, well stocked kitchen, the extra fridge was clutch, we hung out on the dock all weekend, quiet little cove for a holiday, lovely screened porch to enjoy the evenings and when it rained... we all agreed we would rent again!

Great for Fishing and kayaking

Access to the water is amazing if you enjoy Kayaking. Can also fish off the boat dock and backyard area. Plenty of room in the house for families. Close access to a boat rental and bait store. House and yard is well kept. Easy access to residence and easy check in procedures!! Really enjoyed this house and would like to come back!!

Beautiful home on lake cove

This home was perfect for our vacation , with plenty of space for each family unit. We enjoyed card games on the screened porch in the evenings. The house is pristine clean, has a spacious well stocked kitchen, and the beds all comfortable. The firepit is a cozy spot to gather and look out over the lake. We look forward to returning!

Lovely Lake House

The driveway was scary. Ground keeper came and blew leaves off which helped. Having 3 ovens was awesome for preparing Thanksgiving dinner. Of course, 2 refrigerators were also much appreciated. Fire ban was lifted so we enjoyed pit fires in the evenings.

Beautiful Lake House

Spacious 5-bedroom lake house that was well furnished. Communications and instructions were straight-forward and easy. Kitchen well stocked with everything needed should you want to dine in. Enjoyed the paddleboards and kayak. Ping pong table was a bonus. Would rent again.

Perfect vacation with friends and family

Perfect house for multi generational group. We enjoyed the kayak and paddle boards, swimming ogg the dock. Easy docking for our pontoon boat. Fire pit, pong pong, basketball, cor hole. Great kitchen. Perfect.

5 bedroom lake house that delivers.

Fully equipped does not begin to describe how well this owner has furnished their home for your fun and enjoyment. Fabulous kitchen, comfortable rooms, huge screened in porch, ping pong, cornball, 3 paddleboards/kayak, fire pit/chairs/firewood, dock situated in quiet finger of lake. If they would provide lots of bathroom hooks to hang towels/bathing suits/wet clothes I would deem it perfect.

Bar has been set!

This was our 7th year of vacationing in the Mountains and we have finally found our spot. The property offered everything we needed and more. The upgrades the owners have done from the original post are awesome. Love having two kitchens, the covered screened in porch and the lower level for corn hole. The location is very easy and convenient for site seeing. The number 1 advantage was having a open golf course within a half mile. Can’t wait to go back.

Amazing Lake House & Beautiful Views

My brothers and I had a great stay in this wonderful lake house! The house was perfect for all of us, it was equipped with everything we needed, and the location was beautiful. It’s easy to get to the marina and local shopping. Fishing was good and we hope to stay here again. Hosts were very accommodating and super nice. Highly Recommend!

Wedding trip

This rental was most convenient to my Granddaughters wedding at the Grooms fathers lake house about a half mile away. We cans early and stayed an extra day having enjoyed the property so much. The ony criticism was the lack of clothes hangers. There were only two, but my daughter from Fort Mill, SC brought a bunch when they arrived to stay with us. We only needed the upstairs for the whole stay. The water was great and the weather cooperated for the outdoor wedding Saturday at 4PM the 13th. May come back next year for a longer stay.

We are Matt & Bhavana. A family with young kids and we enjoy vacations that allow us to get away and spend time together with opportunities to both be active & relax. Our kids just love the water and their most memorable vacations have been at lake, beach or the mountains. We live in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Our kids have always loved the water. Matt grew up on Lakes and when we visited Lake James and saw how beautiful and clean the water was, how little traffic Lake James receives, and the great hiking and fishing in the area, we fell in Love with it!

As parents of young kids, it was also important for us to be in a place not too far off from having access to good organic groceries, shops and great restaurants for nice evening out - Morganton offers all of this. And we have a few great wine vineyards and breweries providing excellent venues for drink, live music and dining.

Our hope is that we can share this experience with other families & you will also find your bliss at Lake James.

We fell in love with this house with it's unique style, open floor plans, & large kitchen (Love to Cook!)! The private dock with such a beautiful view of the lake where we can experience breath taking sunrises!

As a family that loves to entertain, we do our best to ensure the house is stocked with everything you need to come and just relax!
