Beautiful open water and mountain views from our decks and dock. Tucked away in a private gated community, you can forget your cares and relax and recharge. We are centrally located on the lake, making it easy to access all areas. Enjoy swimming, boating, kayaking, fishing, hiking, biking and much more. Ask our manager for more fun activities nearby.

We have a platform dock with 2 kayaks for guests to enjoy. All types of boats are welcome on our lake and you can rent pontoons, jet skis, and other water equipment at nearby marinas. *The lift is not open to guests, but you can tie off a boat easily. Water feature on slide does not work*.

We do have WIFI and Smart TVs for all your streaming apps. Just log into your accounts and watch. We also provide YouTube TV which is already logged in, for convenience, so you can view local channels.

Our Home’s Layout:

Main level- Living room that is open to the kitchen and dining, master bedroom and bath, laundry room, and half bath. Enjoy lake views from almost every room, and access the upper deck from the kitchen or living room.

Lower Level- Family room, 2 additional bedrooms, full hall bath, bonus room for office use. Lower level has patio doors to lower covered patio and direct access to the dock path. Zoning states 3bedroom which sleeps 6, but allows a plus 2. There is a futon in the lower level office space.

Garage- Guests can enter through the lower level garage if needed. The ping pong table will be located inside this garage.

We are in a private gated community and all owners and guests are expected to follow the rules below:

*Boat trailers are not allowed to be parked in the driveways, if you bring a boat, you will need to secure off site parking. The manager can send you information on a location and costs.*
1- No loud noise disturbances
2- No vehicles parked on the sides of the street or curbs
3- No fireworks
4- No groups that exceed the septic permit (6 in this case)
5- You must observe the no wake zones inside coves
6- You must observe the speed limits posted

**PLEASE BE SURE TO READ ALL HOUSE RULES AND LOOK OVER THE VACATION AGREEMENT BEFORE BOOKING. MIN AGE REQUIRED AND BOOKING PARTY MUST SUBMIT ALL CONTACT INFORMATION WHICH INCLUDES MAILING ADDRESS. We do have exterior cameras for safety and security of the property. **

We are located one hour east of Asheville and about 75 minutues from Charlotte. The perfect location to enjoy day trips to the mountains or just enjoy the lake and all that nature has to offer.
