Your Lake & Mountain View Retreat
Located on the first floor (with a stairlift available for those with limited mobility), this apartment offers everything you need for a perfect stay:
🛏️ Bedroom: Spacious and bright with a double bed, blackout curtains, fan, and a private scenic balcony with two sun loungers.
🛋️ Living Area: Large living room with a double sofa bed, dining table, fan, and access to a second panoramic terrace equipped with outdoor furniture and a sun awning.
🍳 Fully Equipped Kitchen: Induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, and two coffee machines (Lavazza Espresso & Drip coffee).
Welcome Kit: We provide water, coffee capsules, tea, basic condiments (oil, salt, etc.), and a small local gift.
🚿 Bathroom: Full bathroom with bathtub/shower, washing machine, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries (shampoo, shower gel, soap).
🚗 Parking & Luggage: Easy luggage drop-off near the entrance. We provide a free parking pass for a dedicated area just 100m away.

Your Stay in Perledo
🏠 Exclusive Access: The entire apartment is at your full and private disposal.
🤝 Personal Welcome: I will be happy to meet you in person to hand over the keys and show you around the house.
🚗 FREE Parking: I will provide a special pass for free parking nearby for the entire duration of your stay.
🚐 Summer Shuttle (Bonus!): From May 16th to October 15th, enjoy the free evening shuttle (7:00 PM - 12:00 AM) to Varenna. Have dinner by the lake without the stress of driving or parking!
🚌 Bus: The bus stop is located just a few steps from the house.

I live nearby and will be fully available to provide tips on the best local restaurants, activities, or any assistance you may need during your stay.

Informations importantes pour votre arrivée

Pour une arrivée en toute sérénité, merci de lire ces précisions :
⚠️ Note importante : Nous vous déconseillons fortement de monter à pied depuis la gare avec vos bagages (3 km de montée raide).
🚗 En Voiture : Vous pouvez décharger vos bagages devant l'entrée. Je vous fournirai ensuite un pass de parking gratuit situé à seulement 100 mètres.
🚆 En Train (depuis la gare de Varenna-Esino) :
Taxi : Nous vous recommandons vivement de réserver à l'avance pour éviter l'attente à la gare. Je peux vous transmettre les numéros des taxis locaux.
Bus : L'arrêt se trouve à seulement 50 mètres de la maison. Les horaires varient selon la saison ; je vous li enverrai avec plaisir avant votre arrivée.
