Both spacious bedrooms feature double beds, and there is an office for remote work. The living room includes a sofa bed for extra sleeping space. The flat has a full bathroom with shower and a guest toilet. Air conditioning is available in every room for year-round comfort. Enjoy panoramic ocean views from the balcony, an ideal spot to relax at sunset. Additional amenities include a private car park and a lift for easy access.

AREA
Situated in one of Funchal's most prestigious tourist areas, the flat is close to the seafront promenade, beaches, supermarkets, pharmacies, shops, and the Forum Madeira shopping centre. There are several bars and restaurants nearby, and the city centre is just five minutes away by car. A beach with a natural swimming pool is next to the flat, and Praia Formosa is a 5-minute walk away.

GETTING AROUND
Transfers can be arranged with local partners, which are cheaper than airport taxis. The property is easily found using navigation apps, and there are bus stops nearby.

ACCESS TO PROPERTY
Guests have access to all areas of the property.

INTERACTION
The team is always available to help or answer questions, with an app provided for important property and local information.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- All guests must present a valid ID (passport or identity card) as per Portuguese law.
- Check-in must be scheduled in advance (at least 48 hours prior).
- Bed linen and towels are provided. Baby cot, high chair, and baby bath available on request.
- First aid kit, extinguishers, and fire blanket are on the property.

ATTENTION
A Tourist Fee of €2.00 per person/night (aged 13 or over), up to 7 nights (€14 max per person/stay), is charged in Funchal. A payment link will be provided upon arrival.

HOUSE RULES

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules.

• Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
• Parties or events are not permitted.
• Please be considerate of neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night.

The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke, and temperature levels for safety reasons only. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. If abnormal levels are detected, you may receive a message from our team.

In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration.

A municipal tourist tax may be charged (€2 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights).

Check-in: from 4 pm. Early check-in is subject to availability and a fee.
Check-out: by 12:00. Late check-out is subject to availability and a fee.
