This bright and stylish 1 bedroom apartment is located in a beautifully converted former printing press, recently renovated for contemporary city living in Manchester’s vibrant Northern Quarter. The thoughtfully designed interior features elegant furnishings and all the essentials for up to 3 guests (with a sofa bed) to enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay. Perfectly situated within walking distance of everything central Manchester has to offer, it’s the ideal city base.
The Space:
The beautifully designed interior has been finished to a high standard, featuring stylish furnishings and contemporary fixtures throughout. The spacious open-plan living area includes a fully equipped modern kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals at home, a dining table, a comfortable sofa and armchair, and a Smart TV. High-speed broadband is available throughout the apartment, along with access to streaming and catch-up TV apps. The generous bedroom offers ample storage and a luxurious king-size bed dressed in crisp hotel-quality linen. The sleek family bathroom includes a powerful shower, toilet, and sink, complemented by fluffy towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience. There is a sofa bed for 1 person in the living area that can be made up upon request before arrival, for an additional fee (please select 3 guests when booking).

Guests have sole access to all parts of the property during their stay.
The Neighborhood:
Being so centrally located, you will be within walking distance of all the city centre attractions, including the Arndale shopping centre, chinatown, various museums and galleries, as well as a huge array of restaurants, bars, clubs and music venues. You are also close to the Northern Quarter - A trendy neighborhood, with vibrant street art, bohemian bars and independent record shops. There's a Tesco Metro just around the corner for your grcery shopping, and the main Train ans bus stations are a short taxi ride away.
Getting Around:
The city centre is entirely accessible on foot from the apartment and you have plenty of amenities right on your doorstep. If you a travelling slightly further, there are local tram and bus stops just 5 minutes walk away. The main train stations are just a 10 minute walk away, from which there are rail links to the rest of the UK.
Other Things to Note:
There is a sofa bed for 1 person in the living area that can be made up upon request before arrival, for an additional fee (please select 3 guests when booking).
Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance in order to arrange and confirm your check in.
If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable in addition to the late check-in fee.
Late check-in fees:
· For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is £50.
· For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is £75.
For security reasons:
· We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.
· No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.
