This property was amazing. From the day of our reservation until the day we checked in, Chuck communicated with us. The property was clean, updated, and furnished with everything we needed. There are endless restaurants close by. I would highly recommend Chuck as a host. We are looking forward to our next visit.

Girls get away

The property was great! It was very clean and we loved the lined curtains in the bedrooms which made the rooms dark for sleeping. Also Chuck addressed a problem right away and came promptly to repair it. The beds are comfy too.

Family Beach Vacay

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean, both king beds were comfortable. My daughter said the twin bed not so much. The beach was quiet and not crowded. Hot tub is very small and people let their kids play in it. We got very little use out of the hot tub. Would stay again.

Grand daughters first vacation trip.

The condo was perfect! Just the weather did not cooperate for beach fun. The owner was VERY helpful with allowing us a later check out as the last day was the only non-raining, no high wind we had. Very good instructions to arrive, getting in and local information.

We have stayed in Perdido many times and this condo was by far the best one yet...very clean and comfortable. Each sibling and their spouse had their own bed/bath which was perfect for us...we all like our own space. Owner very accommodating. We will be back.

Great Condo!

This condo was amazing! We have been vacationing in the gulf for the last 15 years, and this is hands down our favorite condo! The location is perfect, the layout is great with plenty of room to spread out, the view from the balcony is perfect. Best of all Chuck was great to work with! He was very quick to respond to questions and mailed our parking passes as well as check in instructions about 2 weeks before out trip which made everything very simple once we arrived. We are already planning looking forward to returning next year!

Clean and as Expected

Great stay overall. We walked in to a clean condo with the only issue being the fridge wasn't fully plugged in, so we had to wait a few hours for it to cool prior to placing food in it. Parking was easy, and we were able to make our way up to the room with no check in process, which was a huge plus (door code was sent in an email).

Family vacay

Great condo and great location! Condo was very clean and comfortable. Every bedroom had it's own bathroom which was a huge plus! We loved the large wrap-around balcony and spent a lot of time there. We had a little trouble with the door lock and Chuck came right out and had it fixed in no time! Lillians Pizza across the street was a big hit! We also enjoyed Pedro's, Lulu's and The Jellyfish. Overall, this was a great place, in a great location with a great beach! We will be back!

Great Oceanfront Condo

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful and very spacious 3 bedroom/3 bath condo. Plenty of room for us, our 2 daughters and their families. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Great proximity to the beach where you can rent beach chairs and umbrellas. The owner was great and he mailed our parking passes well in advance of our stay. There are no ramps to get your beach wagon out to the beach so you will need to carry it getting up and down stairs. A small price to pay. I highly recommend this condo. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent it again!

Fun family gettaway

Family of 6 stayed for 5 nights and had a great time here. The space was adequate for us and had everything we needed except an Icecream scoop. I love the location and not a crowded area at all. I gave 4 stars just due to some minor things that needed updating. The shower curtain in one of the bathrooms was moldy. The furniture is kind of worn and needs updating. The balcony furniture also needs updating due to wear and tear. And the front bedroom lets too much light thru the window. Other than that everything was good.

Excellent condo

We have stayed at multiple gulf coast condos and this one was by far the best. It was the cleanest and we had no issues with the condo. The view from the 12th floor was awesome. We saw multiple different marine animals. Don’t spend money on tents or canopies, the property does like them by the water, only umbrellas or rental chairs/umbrellas. I would recommend not bringing a full size vehicle. The parking is extremely tight and saw a medium sized vehicle get damaged moving through the tight spaces. They do have overflow parking across the street and would park my truck there next time. The small parking is everywhere we went in Perdido Key not just the condo.

Great stay in Perdido Key

This place is so FANTASTIC!! Everything about it was perfect! - The VIEW is amazing!! Both from the living room and the master bedroom patio doors/windows. You can even see the ocean when you're working in the kitchen and when you're in the master bath! Simply amazing! - The CONDO itself was very spacious and clean. The master bed was very comfortable. The master bath was wonderful - We loved watching the sunrise on the beach. - The PERDIDO KEY BEACHES are white sugar sand and so clean. The clarity of the water was outstanding. You could be in neck deep water and still see your toes (and lots of little fish swimming about). The pool area was beautiful and was always meticulously skimmed and clean. Really enjoyed having a hot tub as well.The owner/manager was great to work with. THIS IS THE PLACE IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR REST, RELAXATION, and REJUVENATION!!

Wonderful condo and beach

We had a wonderful time in Perdido Key. Our first trip to stay any where for a month. Condo was very nice. Clean and bright since an end unit with side windows. Beds were very comfortable and updated appliances. Kitchen had everything needed. View from balcony is unbeatable! Dolphins spotted daily along with numerous pelicans doing fly bys. The beach is absolutely wonderful and condo has some beach chairs, umbrella etc. we brought our own chairs but used the umbrella daily. Our only complaints were the couch and loveseat, very,very uncomfortable! We did rebook for next year and spoke with owner at which time I told him our concern with couches. He seemed unaware of this issue so hopefully next year we will not have to sit on top of extra bed pillows to enjoy the living area. Can’t wait to return! FYI the entrance driveway is a little tricky but you get used to it very quickly.

Nice unit

Overall, we enjoyed our stay in the unit. The parking was convenient since we had 3 total parking spots (2 of which were in the dry!). The condo building is good, but it is starting to show its age. Some paint is peeling/worn in places, elevators and lobby doors have some minor issues, etc. The pool is basic, but nothing exciting. The condo itself was clean, but the furniture is also starting to show its age. Some staining on the couches and bedding was visible, which can give the impression of being worn out. The deck furniture is wooden and has lost its varnish/sealant. It seemed structural sound, but it looked like it was worn out as well. I think the photos in the listing are overall accurate and represent the condo correctly. The condo was cleaned and in good housekeeping order, it is just a unit with some well-used furniture and a dated decor style. The beach was great while we were there. Not crowded and very clean and enjoyable. We also enjoyed using the BBQ grills to cook dinner one night. The view from this upper floor unit was very peaceful and relaxing.

We had a great vacation! This condo provides amazing views from the main bedroom, living room, and balcony. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. We had plenty of space to spread out and hang together. Highly recommend this condo for your beach vacation.
