Welcome to Villa OceanAIR by LovelyStay, where luxury meets modern aesthetics in the serene locale of Prazeres. This brand-new villa boasts top-level decor materials and a panoramic ocean view from its stunning swimming pool.
Here it is possible to have sun during the whole day from morning to stunning sunset into the ocean, right in front of your private terrace.

The house consists of 3 main bedrooms, all of which are en-suite with showers. The master suite has a bathtub with a sea view. In all rooms we put a smart TV so you have all the comfort possible. All rooms have dimmable lights with indirect lighting with tunable white, to create personal comfort zone. All spaces are light & airy and really spacious as you can see in the photos.
We also have a bedroom/office. If you have to work this is the ideal place for you, or it could be converted into a bedroom.

We equipped the house so that it has Wi-Fi available throughout the accommodation. It's a Mesh Wi-Fi system with a speed of 700mbs (next to the main router) so speed won't be an issue. In addition, you can count on a speaker connected by bluetooth so you can listen to your favorite songs. You can have fun with family or friends with our folding table tennis table that we put in the garage. This can be used outdoors.
Although the photo only shows 4 sun loungers and 4 dining chairs, we inform you that we have 8 in the house.

We also have a large Weber gas BBQ with sear station for great outdoor cookings.
So that you don't miss anything, we have equipped the laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.

This place in Prazeres is located in a very quiet and tranquil area and only 10 min away by car to the white sand Calheta Beach.
