Loft de 2 habitaciones en comunidad cerrada. Situado en el centro, justo al lado de la carretera principal. Tiendas, tiendas de comestibles, restaurantes y la playa están a poca distancia, por lo que no es necesario un automóvil.

Subiendo las escaleras, el loft tiene una cama king-size, closet y baño privado. En la planta principal, la espaciosa sala de estar tiene un sofá y televisión. Una cocina completamente equipada y un comedor completan la sala principal.

En la parte posterior, un segundo dormitorio con cama de matrimonio y armario. Un segundo baño completo está allí también.

La terraza tiene un sofá, mesa y sillas y conduce a la pequeña piscina, un lugar perfecto para relajarse por la noche y refrescarse haciendo los días.

El edificio tiene aire acondicionado y hay ventiladores de techo en todas partes.

¡Banana Beach Restaurant está justo al otro lado de la calle! Está a menos de 2 minutos a pie de la playa. El mercado orgánico está justo al lado. Asegúrese de visitar las tiendas en Peace Loft. This place was just perfect. Beautiful and close to everything. 2 minutes to the beach. Near great restaurants and shops. Having the little pool and shower was sooo nice to cool off when we got home. Very spacious and clean and the air conditioner was very nice when it got hot. Would stay there again and would recommend to friends.

Great loft in convenient location

First time is Santa Teresa. Heard mixed reviews. But, found the town and surrounding area to be fantastic for a short get away. Loft had everything necessary for enjoyable stay. And, the location was a short distance from excellent restaraunts and places to enjoy a cocktail.

We stayed at the peace loft for a family vacation . It was just perfect 👌! Beautiful place. The location was perfect, convenient and so clean & tidy. The service was unbelievable too. Definitely recommended! Had an amazing time . We will definitely return. 👍 loved it !!👍

Santa Teresa little oasis

Overall the unit was great. It is in a perfect location for access to the beach, restaurants, shopping, ATV rentals etc. The unit was very clean and had all amenities needed for our short stay. We were a bit worried about noise at night with the proximity to the main strip and other adjacent units however the bedroom was very quiet and we slept well. I highly recommend the Peace Lofts.

Santa Teresa is a beautiful beach community on the Pacific coast of Costa Rica, with fabulous food, bars, and major surf/beach. This unit is new, clean and has all the amenities one could want, in the middle of the tourist area. Staff are gracious and helpful. Outdoor cool pool is fantastic, after being in the hot sun all day.

Cosy - Private - Modern

The apartments are very cosy and comfortable, all the spaces are very modern and everything works great. The place is secure and you can leave your car at the parking space and just walk to the beach. I would totally make the yard 100% private, as there are spaces on the fences that allow to look inside of it, so, you cannot relax all the way. Other than that, go for it !

Perfect property for two couples. Multiple amazing cafes, resturants, and access to the beach. Genisis was very responsive using WhatsApp and answered all our questions.

Most amazing accommodation

The first word that comes to mind when I think about peace loft is- WOW!!! The loft was unbelievable! Everything I hoped for and MORE. The people treated me as if I was their family. My two friends and I stayed for a weekend and wished we stayed for another week (or maybe even 2 or 3). We will 100% be back in the near future!!!

Perfect location. So close to the beach and all amenities. The loft is stunning. Great use of space, loved the outdoor area and the decoration was spot on. The check in is super easy and the girl at reception was very kind and accommodating. We would definitely recommend peace lofts to everyone visiting santa Teresa.

We enjoyed our stay in this modern apartment. As pictured, very clean, well stocked kitchen, nice place. We walked across the road and walked to the beach and enjoyed 4 days of beaches.

Beautiful place

When I decided to go back to Santa Teresa with my family, we were thinking in the same place we stayed last time, but it was full for our trip dates, so we started looking for a different place. I found Peace Loft, and we were very lucky. The place is great, very separated rooms so our little baby doing noice during the night didnt disturb my parents in law that were with us. The place is very confortable and fully equipped. My only concern is that the parking lot is not confortable, but how cares the car sleeping bad. Something important and that could be confusing is that the place says it has "private pool" so you could think it is a place were you can swing, actually you can't. Private pool in this case means you have a jacuzzi in your apartment yard. Out of that, it was more than we expected. My family was super happy. It is very easy to arrive to the beach.

This place is very special because of the incredible location in front of the most beautiful beach, the superbly comfortable rooms perfect for romance or time with your kids, the wonderful delicious food and drinks at the restaurant but more than those things combined, Emília the host was Amazing she took care of anything we ask. this place is not to be missed because of the amazing, kind and lovely people that care for you while you stay.
