La Luxuria Rock Star Villa - **** ¡¡LA MAYOR CALIFICACIÓN Y LA MEJOR OFERTA DE LA ZONA !! ****

En algún lugar de la península de Nicoya hay una pequeña ciudad de surf donde las estrellas de rock, supermodelos y surfistas profesionales vienen a jugar. Este es un lugar donde el sol brilla un poco más, los amigos se ríen un poco más y la vida es mucho menos seria.

Este lugar brillante se llama Santa Teresa y está lo suficientemente alejado como para mantener alejadas a las multitudes, pero lo suficientemente cerca del paraíso como para que valga la pena hacer un esfuerzo adicional.

Construimos una casa en la colina muy especial aquí para entretener a nuestros amigos y familiares. Este es un lugar muy privado, a solo un kilómetro de las espectaculares playas, lugares para practicar surf, bares y restaurantes, pero custodiado por una caseta de vigilancia y oculto por la densa selva tropical que lo rodea.

Por supuesto, compartimos este espacio con los monos residentes, loros, tucanes y todos nuestros queridos amigos del bosque. A veces, si tenemos suerte, podemos ver a las ballenas nadar en el océano turquesa de abajo con nuestro café de la mañana. ¡Qué vida!


Ballenas y delfines: aunque no a todos les gusta ir a pescar, al menos vale la pena hacer un recorrido en barco por Cabo Blanco, justo al sur de Santa Teresa, para ver las ballenas, delfines, mantarrayas, tortugas y una gran variedad de vida marina.

Costa Rica Reunion

This was an amazing property and vacation all around. The balance between going into town and just relaxing at the top of Santa Teresa was perfect. The pool was phenomenal-so were the accommodations as a whole (bedrooms were very comfortable and spacious-kitchen was very well stocked). We’ve been to ST 5 times now and this is by far the best place we’ve stayed.

Absolutely stunning!

Our experience here was incredible! The property was so beautiful and clean! There were so many amenities- we never have stayed at such an amazing property on vacation- driveway is steep so 4x4 is needed- especially if it rains! We would definitely stay here again!!

AMAZING

La Luxuria exceeded our expectations! From the beautiful views to wildlife we saw so much! Beds were comfy, kitchen was fully stocked and everything was really clean! We met Laurie at check in and she was great with recommendations! We’d highly recommend!

Best of two worlds

3 couples and it was fabulous. Close and easy access to the beach but also secluded to relax and spend days by the pool and BBQing. Great time!!

Perfection

Our stay was exactly what we hoped for and more. Plenty of space, relaxing views and a perfect pool for play and keeping cool. even our three teenagers were impressed - and that takes a miracle these day :-) It was a magical place to stay and we will return n our next trip to Costa Rica!

The best place in the area

The place is beautiful and the pictures don’t lie. That said there are a couple warnings. First, the property is located up a STEEP hillside. You will need a AWD or ATV to get up and down. Second, it’s in the jungle, there will be lizards, bugs and ants.That said, the property manager was awesome and recommended numerous excursions and restaurants — all of which were awesome.

Best of the best

We come to Costa Rica often and stay in different towns and houses. La Luxuria is the only house that we have stayed in more than once. It is a slice of paradise and we will come here again. Everything is always perfect from the cleanliness to the accommodations. Our host was extremely helpful and answered any questions we had. Love this place 11/10.

Beautiful and very peaceful!

We had a wonderful time! The villa is very private, surrounded by trees, short drive to the beach and a wonderful ocean view. The host and property manager were very responsive. We had no issues at all, our vacation was perfect. Highly recommend renting a AWD SUV, the hill to the get to the villa is very steep. We all enjoyed the pool, very relaxing. We will definitely come back.

The hills of Paradise

This place was a great place to stay in Santa Teresa. The town is small but a very busy surf town and this place was just far enough and just close enough to be perfectly situated in the town. The home is as advertised. We saw monkeys, parrots and other exotic animals almost daily. Highly recommend this place to anyone. The owner and property manager were also very helpful and always returned our texts and calls promptly and efficiently.

A little gem above Santa Teresa, Costa Rica

Beautiful property surrounded by the jungle with awesome views of the ocean. Road to get there is very steep. Definitely need a 4x4, but it’s worth it. The house is spacious, with AC in every bedroom. Kitchen is super functional. The pool was probably the best feature. We spent a lot of time in it. Felt safe the whole time. Great property managers.

From the moment you pull up (the very steep hill) this place takes your breath away. The pool, landscaping and view all compete for top billing. The house is attractively furnished with every amenity. The housekeeper is unobtrusive and hard working, the concierge responsive to all questions and delightful to work with. Would return in a heartbeat!!!!

Great property, excellent views, great pool! Laurie the property manager was very helpful on all questions we had about house, Santa Teresa recommendations and helped set up drop off of 4 wheelers (highly recommend) The cleaning service was great for house and pool! There were some electrical lighting issues but didn’t affect the trip experience and as stated in previous reviews need a AWD vehicle for steep hill to home Overall a great trip and great property!

Great stay

This was our family's 4th time to the area and our favorite villa. The location is perfect, right in the middle of Santa Teresa but high enough on the hill so that it is very private and quiet. The house is perfect, a great pool area and awesome outdoor spaces with beautiful views of the ocean. The concierge Laurie was so helpful, she helped us set up ziplining, horseback riding, and our ATV's for the week. We saw lots of wildlife at the house itself, including howler monkeys and capuchin monkeys. Thanks to Sanjiv for sharing his beautiful house with us! We can't wait to go back!

Santa Teresa Adventure

We just returned last night from Santa Teresa, never being in Costa Rica I was a bit nervous, but it was everything we hoped it would be. The home was amazing just as listed, I actually feel it was better in person and that was an amazing feeling. We were there for 1 week, it was the perfect length of time. We enjoyed exploring the area on ATV's, horseback, we zip lined. the ocean was so warm, we surfed and enjoyed the tide pools. The snorkeling is not the best if you are one that snorkels. The food was great and the people were so nice!!! Loved our trip
