Acabo de remodelar la casa del rancho de dos habitaciones, completa con una hermosa cocina actualizada con encimeras de granito negro y nuevos gabinetes y electrodomésticos. Cocina bien equipada con todo lo que necesitas para comer. El dormitorio principal contiene cama queen y TV de pantalla plana, y el segundo dormitorio una cama de tamaño completo. El baño está totalmente remodelado con azulejos y accesorios nuevos. Amplia sala de estar con TV de pantalla plana y muebles cómodos. Suelos de baldosas en todo momento para una sensación fresca de Florida. Muebles de mimbre de alta calidad (Tommy Bahama / Pier One) en cada habitación le dan al hogar un ambiente totalmente caribeño. Patio con mosquitero al aire libre con mesa de mozaic en la parte superior, parrilla de barbacoa y patio completamente cercado para tomar el sol; amigable con las mascotas. Garaje adjunto de gran tamaño para un automóvil. ¡No hay escalones ni escaleras en ningún lado! Convenientemente ubicado justo al norte de Tarpon Springs; cerca de playas, senderos naturales, tiendas y los muelles de esponjas de fama mundial.

Spring Training trip

We stayed at this property for three days in March 2025 during our trip for Phillies Spring Training. The home and its location close to Tarpon Springs were just what we needed. And the fenced yard was great for our dog.

Just perfect

This stay was due to the displacement from hurricane. But it was perfect and had everything it described. Plenty of room and nicely laid out. The back porch and large fenced in yard was perfect. Excellent communication and was easy to reach

Super cute Home convenient to everything

The property manager was very easy to get a hold of and stayed in communication. The home has been updated. This home is in a nice neighborhood in the middle of everything very convenient to stores and restaurants. Nice fence backyard for your pets I would recommend staying this home and look forward to the next visit

Perfect Home

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home. The decor was awesome, the home furniture was very comfortable, the kitchen is fully stocked with good storage, beds slept great, lots of linen, home was very easy to maintain. This was almost a two month stay while relocating to FL. The neighbors were great, we feel very comfortable. Would definitely stay again! Highly recommend this vacation home!

Great space. The house was clean & well maintained. Beds were comfy with nice linens. The kitchen was well equipped. We really enjoyed the screened in porch beside bbq. It was close to the main highway but in a very quiet neighbourhood. The owners were very nice. I would definitely stay there again.

Super Cute

Our first time winter getaway. Our stay for a month exceeded our expectations. We had everything we needed . Enjoyed fenced in yard, the grill and kitchen had what we needed? Quiet neighborhood. We loved being so close to Tarpon Springs , Dunedin, Port Richey. Easy to get around. Pet friendly. Hosts were great!

Excellent place for a relaxing vacation

We enjoyed staying here for our trip. The house was as advertised. It was tastefully decorated with a nice floor plan. Everything we needed was there to enjoy our stay. On arrival, we were met by the owner and enjoyed the key lime pie that she provided for us. Any issues that we had were resolved promptly by the owner. Our two dogs liked the fenced in yard as did my wife and I. House is located in a very quiet neighborhood. Our expectations were met and exceeded during our visit. Thanks Fran and Curry.

Fun in Holiday

We have stayed in several VRBO homes and this stay would be in our top 5! The house is clean, stocked with everything you need and your hosts are outstanding. They are really concerned with how your stay is going. I would absolutely stay with them again. We had our dog and she loved the fenced back yard. Key Vista, Anderson and Howard Parks are nearby and are super places to give your dog a walk. Also, give Neptune Cycle a try. Rent an e-bike and spend a day on the Pinellas Trail!

A wonderful, comfortable, new home

This was the best rental we have had. It was very comfortable, clean, stocked with absolutely everything you could want, upscale furnishings in a very quiet and convenient neighborhood. The house looked like it was just redone, everything new. Appliances worked well. The owner was very nice and even had a pie for us! Our only complaint was the internet was slow and we were looking for a house to buy so needed it much faster. We would rent there again.

Doggie heaven!

Nice place to go to get out of the winters cold. I needed a place close to my friends in Tarpon and one with a fenced in yard for my dogs! This fit the bill! I thought the neighborhood was a little sketchy, but turned out to be pretty quiet. Neighbors were friendly and having sidewalks were great for walking the dogs! Curry and Fran were attentive and responsive for the couple of insignificant issues we had. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it especially if you have pets!

Great Stay - Wonderful Home

We thoroughly enjoyed our spring break trip to your lovely home. The fenced in back yard was great for our two fur babies. They loved the freedom of being off leash. The house was great. It was the perfect size for our small family. The kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils and dishes we needed. We were very pleased with the gas grill. It was a great way to prepare the fish we caught while deep sea fishing. We have been to the Tampa area several times for spring break. This was the best place to stay. We were close to beaches and other activities while being away from the chaos that can be spring break in Florida. We had a great time exploring the area; especially Historic Sponge Docks. Our trip was complete with a deep sea fishing excursion and a trip to Clearwater Marine Aquarium. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this home. It was quaint and perfect. Thanks Fran and Curry for opening your home to us.

Just what we needed

We are a retired couple with our 30-something daughter and her husband, in town for a wedding. The house was just what we needed. It’s not much to look at on the outside but the inside was very nicely decorated. The listing was very accurate and we had everything we needed for our stay. It was perfectly clean and comfortable.

Curry and Fran Hayes have been VRBO hosts since 2014, with their first listing a four bedroom home in Tarpon Springs, listing # 685148. That home was such a success and they received many requests from couples and smaller groups who didn't need that much house! So they decided to repeat everything they had done at the larger house to give couples and small families a more economical option while still providing a charming and tastefully decorated newly renovated home within 5 minutes of their larger rental house. Fran loves personally managing these homes and makes it a point to meet and greet guests personally and is always quickly responsive to inquiries and questions. As of July 2017 they have just opened their third and fourth homes in the same area, listing # 1122450 and 959787!

This house is great for snowbirds, as it is entirely one level with no steps or stairs at all on the property. It is very close to downtown Tarpon with all it has to offer, plus three beautiful beaches, but is much more economical because it's just above the county line in Holiday FL.
