Completamente remodelado con el toque del diseñador. 2 dormitorios, 2 baños, 1286 pies cuadrados. vivienda de un solo nivel, chimenea, hermoso patio, garaje para 2 coches. Su escapada perfecta ~ disfrutar de la vida en el campo de golf! Maravilloso barrio tranquilo. Centro comunitario con piscina, jacuzzi, sala de ejercicios, biblioteca y mucho más. A pie de Rancho Bernardo bodega para la música, restaurantes y tiendas. 20 minutos en coche a la playa de Torrey Pines, a 30 minutos del centro de San Diego y la mayoría de las atracciones. Debe ser 55 + para disfrutar. 31 días de alquiler mínimo, más tiempo preferido. NO FUMADORES y, lo siento, no mascotas.

Our stay was comfortable

We enjoyed our stay here while our home was being repaired. Ron and Mayzelle have done a nice job of remodeling their place. We felt quite comfortable with the added touches, especially in the well-kitchen. Lovely view and great walking neighborhood.

Excellent Choice

We were very pleased with this rental. The upgrades in this home were very high end and they furnished everything you would ever need. The neighborhood was very quiet and clean. It was perfect for us!

My husband was working in RB so this location was ideal. The house is very nice! Everything was great quality. The LR & BR furniture were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The owners didn't cheap out on anything. The golf course was a beautiful view. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The owners were kind and quick to respond when needed. If you have reason to be in RB, I highly recommend this residence. ~ E. Long

Outstanding!

This tastefully appointed home has everything. Located with views of the golf course. (Houses on both sides, but privacy is excellent.) An outdoor deck with plenty of shade if needed. . Inside, tasteful furniture and color scheme. Kitchen: unlike many rentals, this house has everything you need, super clean, matching dishes (not the usual disheveled accumulation of Goodwill dishes) and all the pots and pans you need for cooking at home. This house is spacious, laidback, quiet and clean as a whistle. There day we arrived we knew we'd like to return. Doesn't get any better than this. Five stars all the way!

Great home on the golf course

This remodeled and designer decorated home on the golf course is fully stocked with everything you need. It has a great location, easy freeway access, and good restaurants nearby. Ron & Mayzelle are thoughtful hosts with great communication. We had a wonderful long stay, and plan to return.

Great Unit

We are retired and had lived in area for 25yrs ,so we knew what to expect,we had family to visit which was good but San Diego was shut down,The unit is perfect,good Golf Course view ,excellent remodel job,Fitness room (HOA) is a joke but that`s not the owners issue he was very easy to work with., unit was well stocked.

Second Visit

We felt as though we were coming home when we entered this lovely, bright well decorated and clean home on our second visit to the 55 plus community located on the Oaks North Golf course. Ron and Mayzelle are excellent hosts and go to great lengths to ensure that the house is well stocked , very clean end well Prepared for your arrival. Our stay this time was complicated by the restrictions imposed because of the Coronavirus but that just means that we will have to hurry back for another visit.

Wonderful time in San Diego!

Ron and Mayzelle, We had a fantastic stay. Your home is lovely, so clean and well equipped. The kitchen is bright, open and cheery. It is situated in a most desirable location with easy access to shopping, sights and all that San Diego has to offer. The neighborhood is very quiet and the view from the patio, overlooking the golf course, is outstanding. It is also a great place to soak in the sun. On a cool evening the fireplace adds to the comfy atmosphere. The nearby Bernardo Winery is an additional bonus with its quaint shops, restaurant and tasting room. Wonderful place perfectly located for my needs

Conveniently located to all the golf courses we play and within 30 minute drive of everything you would want to see in San Diego. The house was beautiful, very comfortable, clean and nicely appointed and supplied. I will definitely try to stay here again when I come back to San Diego.

Beautiful Property in Great Location

I stayed at Ron's home for 2.5 months. The home is located in a quiet community in Rancho Bernardo, California. The location is close to stores, restaurants and major freeways. The area is clean and very safe. The home itself, is clean and modern. It is very well stocked with anything you would ever need. The owner, Ron, communicated with me often to see if I needed anything or if there was anything that he could do. I would 100% recommend this home if you need a place to stay in the San Diego area.

Absolutely wonderful

It was "love at first" sight when we entered through the front door of this well appointed, functional and comfortable casita. The home presents a very open, bright and cheerful living space which opens to a patio ringed by a variety of beautiful plants and with a close view of the 6th and 7th holes of the North nine of the North Oaks golf course. The house is very clean, the beds are comfortable the neighborhood is very quiet. Ron and Mayzelle are excellent hosts who strive to make their guests feel comfortable and”at home”. The well maintained community center offers a variety of recreational activities and classes as well as swimming and work out facilities. Personally, we found the tennis courts to be readily available after 10:00am. Given the proximity of hiking trails, San Diego’s oldest winery, local shops and restaurants and this wonderful casita and golf course one could have a great vacation without leaving the area. However, another very pleasant aspect of this home Is it’s location which provides easy access to the many outstanding points of interest, activities and events of the greater San Diego and Southern California area. In short, we highly recommend this home to any age 55+ visitors to the San Diego area and we plan on returning often and hopefully for longer stays. Ron and Mayzelle, thank you for your warm hospitality and for making your home available.

We purchased this special place as a winter getaway, to be near the beach, and to share with family and friends. We have lovingly remodeled almost everything about this property. At this time in our lives we are busier than we planned and find we just don't get to use it often enough so we decided to make it available to other 'seniors' looking for a longer term getaway. We hope you enjoy our little cottage as much as we do!

Golf course living. The highest quality of furniture and construction materials were used with a brand new wood floor installed in October, 2018 plus all new windows/sliding doors August, 2021. Recently purchased state-of-art washer/dryer and new comfortable (swivel/master; rocking/guest) lounge chairs in the master/guest bedrooms. California closet organizers installed in walk-in closet.
