Great in every way!

This property was ideal for my husband and me. The condo complex is quiet - the deck in the rear leads to the golf course, and it faces a lush green space - yet close to several shopping centers with diverse restaurants and other shopping options. We took easy scenic routes to the beach and easy interstate routes to downtown. The rooms were spacious and well-furnished. I especially appreciated the kitchen cookware that worked for stovetop, oven and microwave - not always the case in vacation rentals. Our son and his family live just minutes away, which was my main reason for choosing this property, but even if he didn’t I’d consider it a perfect home base for exploring San Diego.

Property could use a little TLC

The townhouse is in a quiet area that seemed safe enough. The bathrooms and kitchen have received a renovation and they were very nice and clean. The bath linens were quite stained and in need of replacement. The bed located in the back master bedroom is soft and lumpy and high off the floor. At 5’3” I had a hard time getting on and off this bed. The living room faux plants were thick with dust which usually just indicates the owners haven’t been in the property in quite some time. These things aside, this is a pleasant property with easy to operate televisions, which can’t be said very often anymore. I’m older and have had spinal surgeries so for me it seemed a hike from the parking garage to the property and then down the few stairs to the front door all while pulling luggage. Younger folks will have no problem.

Great place down street from parents

We stayed here with one elderly parent while visiting the rest of our parents. Overall worked out great. Comfortable place to stay, centrally located. Nice view of golf course. Walking distance to shopping, etc.

A Hidden Gem

This is a hidden gem and the hosts are absolutely fantastic! If you have questions during your stay, Terri answers asap! The area is safe and centrally located to fit all your San Diego needs from: close to beaches, downtown, hiking, Coronado Island and of course Golf! Located on 5he 15th green about 135 yards from the green on a par 4 allows you to see most golfers with. Their second approach shot to the green! Thank you Terri for this property!! 😊

Great location on the golf course

The condo sits on the 15th fairway of Rancho Bernardo Inn Golf Course. The patio is a great place to watch the golfers and enjoy a glass of wine - in the whole month only one golf ball came close to the house. The condo is very well presented and just as same as the pictures. The is a brand new washer/dryer on the patio that is not mentioned in the description, along with a brand new grill. The condo has everything you need for your stay including a Keurig. The owners responded quickly to any problems or questions. Thanks for a great month's stay. There are all the shops and restaurants you need within walking distance.

Golfers haven

It met all of our needs. We exercise in the pool almost every day and Play golf. I don’t think it would be good for kids or pets. The beach was only 25 minutes away. Good restaurants and shopping.

Great Place to Stay

We stayed here for two weeks while our house was having repairs done. The condo and location were both great for our family. The owners were very nice and responsive.

Good value and location

Our family stayed here for 5 weeks. When we first moved in we were missing some essentials so we spoke with the owner and she later reimbursed us for these purchases. The cleaning crew was supposed to refill those supplies but didn't. There were also a few things broken and the homeowners were going to address it after we left. Fully stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds. The best part of this condo is sitting at the patio table and watching golfers. Street parking can be challenging for the second car that doesn't have the covered spot. Great location right off the freeway with the mall across the street. You're downstairs and in the middle of condos but noise wasn't an issue. A welcome binder with check out procedures etc would be helpful. Overall good value and much more comfortable than a hotel room. We would stay here again.

We had a great stay in this condo.

We enjoyed our week in this condo. Perfect location, timing and price for us as we were visiting family in the area. The unit was clean, well equipped and quiet. Especially nice is the patio where we could relax and watch the golfers. We also played the course and had a great round. Although the recreation complex is down the street it is very impressive. Playground and wading pool were perfect for our three year old twin granddaughters. Owners are very cooperative and helpful . All in all a great place to stay.

Comfortable condo in safe neighborhood.

The golf course view and decor was very nice. The king size bed was very comfortable. Showers worked well. Small issues need a bit of attention. The bathroom sink was very slow and the carpeting was dirty in the dining area. We were comfortable and would consider staying again.

Perfect vacation rental!!

Our daughter was married and we traveled out with family for the happy event and we were so pleased with the condo. This was my first time doing a vacation rental and it could not have been better. There was every attention to detail and the decor was beautiful. I did some cooking and found the kitchen to be well equipped and ways to work in. It was definitely a great experience and I would recommend it highly to anyone looking for a nice relaxing place to stay. Thanks!!!

Perfect home away from home!

We contacted Terri and Zeke to rent their place as we were having a home remodel done that required us to move out. Right from the start Terri was on top of things and kept us informed of how things would work as far as the rental agreement, wifi, check in etc. When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised at how beautifully appointed the home was and the gorgeous view from the back patio was spectacular. We enjoyed evening walks along the golf course and a restful night's sleep in the comfy bed in the master suite. Everything we needed was there and we felt right at home instantly. The area is quiet, yet close to everything. We enjoyed our stay very much. Although home remodels are extremely stressful, staying at Terri and Zeke's completely took away the stress of leaving home for a week. It turned out to be a mini-vacation for both my husband and myself. Thank you!!!

Zeke & Terri are active power boaters and Zeke served as Commodore of Port Royal Yacht Club in Redondo Beach, CA, and is past President & Treasurer of a homeowner's association in Bermuda Dunes Country Club near Palm Springs. Terri and Zeke's primary home is in San Diego, but they spend several months each year in the Palm Springs area. They enjoy travel, boating, dancing, bridge and socializing with family and friends.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!! Very low crime rate in this beautiful community. Homeowners and HOA keep the grounds and Villa's sparkling. No above ground utilities in community. The Swim and Tennis Club offers wonderful amenities at no cost for most activities. Less than 1/2 hour to major attractions and events.
