Built in 2023, this fully air-conditioned modern beauty will provide you with everything you need for a perfect annual vacation! You have 260 m2 of living space at your disposal, and the total land area is 750 m2. The villa can accommodate a maximum of 8 people. Guests will be accommodated in 4 bedrooms, three of which are located on the upper floor, and the fourth is on the ground floor. Three rooms have double beds, and one has 2 single beds. Also, each bedroom has its own en suite bathroom with a shower cabin. On the upper floor, two bedrooms have a terrace.

On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room with a corner sofa, perfect for watching your favorite movies or series. Next to it is a dining room with a dining table for 8 people. There is, of course, a modern and fully equipped kitchen with a wine fridge and a counter with 4 bar stools. The villa also features a Dolby surround system, Bluetooth, Smart home, and Netflix.

The outdoor terrace will provide an opportunity for refreshment in the heated pool, sized 45 m2, and a depth of 1.4 meters. The pool is filled with saltwater, and there are 8 sun loungers next to it. Since 2025, the villa features an elegant covered outdoor kitchen that can be fully enclosed with glass sliding doors if desired. It is equipped with a gas grill for preparing your favorite meals with family and friends, a refrigerator, a dining table for 8 people, and a TV – the perfect setting for enjoying gatherings and shared meals in the open air.

You will relax your body and soul in the sauna, and spend romantic evenings watching the sunset from the jacuzzi located on the upper terrace. There is also an outdoor seating set, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or reading your favorite book.

During your stay, you can use a washing machine, dryer, and iron, as well as 2 separate toilets.

Villa Zorina has a fenced yard so that children can play and have fun without worries, and it has a beautifully landscaped garden. Within the yard, 4 private parking spaces are offered, while there are two more outside.

Umag is the first town when entering Istria from the north, and it captivates every guest with its charm, diversity, and rich offer. It has an extremely interesting history: it was discovered by Roman nobles who decided to adopt it as their summer residence. The splendor and glamour of those times are reflected today in the Venetian houses of the old town core - parts of the walls and towers are preserved, as well as Renaissance and Baroque buildings and churches.
