One of the factors for booking this property was that it was close to the town centre and that there was allocated parking for one vehicle.A day before our checking in I received details of checking in but nothing about our allocated parking - after contacted the agent we was informed there was no allocated parking after all and this detail should not of been added. After investigating we found that car parking was a premium in that area and car park fees would cost circa 20 a day!When we entered the property all seemed as advertised however we immediately noticed the freezer door was frozen solid slightly open which therefore was not usable. Contacted the agency who then asked us to turn it off and leave it like that which would result in the kitchen floor getting flooded ….they were informed we would not switch it off and to send someone round to rectify. Then the next day we came to use the oven and found the oven tray had mould on it and the oven trays were thick with black cooking oil.We also noticed that throughout the property there were cobwebs and dust in a lot of the rooms which obviously had not been properly cleaned for a few weeks.All these things were identified to the agency and we finally had someone come round 4 days later to fix the freezer door and clean the over trays.There are many more issues I want to add but there is not enough space left here so all in all very disappointing what could be a lovely house if more TLC was added.
