Location was great. It has it’s own shore entry and close to 2 others for some nice snorkeling. Having a nice clean swimming pool is a bonus. Overlooking the ocean and a veranda makes this place perfect. Large bedrooms and plenty of space throughout.

Very nice condo

The condo was fabulous and had everything we needed. The view was amazing. There is some construction next door, which we knew about going in, but all in all it wasn't too bad. I would very much consider going back when the construction is complete. I believe fall of 2025? And the snorkeling out front was pretty good too. Saw an eel and a shark! Loved it.

amazing stay in our favorite area of the island!

An absolutely beautiful and very comfortable condo in our favorite area of the island. We enjoyed the pool and beautiful ocean views. The communication with the property manager was friendly and efficient as was the booking process. We will hopefully be back soon!

Our favorite home away from home

We love returning to this condo. It is our home away from home, when visiting grand Cayman. It's clean, spacious, well equipped, has great covered parking and a gorgeous view of the ocean from the large balcony. Coffee and breakfast on the balcony in the morning is so relaxing.

Ocean Front View - Quiet Complex

Bonnie's Arch is a wonderfully maintained, quiet complex and this oceanfront unit was perfect for us! Our son lives in the West Bay area, so we always rent a condo close to him each year. Everyone especially enjoyed the ocean view while sitting on the balcony. The unit itself had plenty of room and was well stocked with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, and there were plenty of linens and towels. Looking forward to staying in this unit again!

Great snorkeling and diving

Property was just as described and clean with well stocked kitchen. Great quiet location away from busy high rises yet close enough to stores and hotel within 15min drive. Located on coral shoreline easy to go right out of condo to scuba dive/snorkel. 7 mile beach 10min walk away. Would definitely stay there again!

In a word...stunning!

If you are looking for an absolutely spectacular spot this is it - you will not be disappointed! The accomodations are the best on the island and the view, the view, the view! This is our second stay here and certainly not the last. The property is well maintained and close to several of the best beaches and activities yet quiet enough to kick back and relax away from the crowds. No matter what you are looking for, Bonnie's Arch has it!

Great getaway!

The pictures do not do this place justice. It is even more beautiful in person! The property was very clean and quiet. It was fully stocked with everything we would need. Plenty of room for a group of adult friends to relax and enjoy. I would definitely stay at this property again. BEAUTIFUL sunset views. Quick drive to many restaurants, shops and bars.

Snorkeler’s dream

What a lovely condo! Beautiful view, thoughtfully had everything you could need, spacious and comfortable. Very clean. Made our vacation memorable. West Bay is a convenient location for beaches and dining. And the best kept secret is the best snorkeling was right behind the condo! We did stay close to shore as all the boats/ wave runners did not all stay on the other side of the buoys, but saw beautiful coral, as well as sea animals. (We will let you discover) Made great memories and so grateful for finding this fantastic find!

We were the first people ...

We were the first people to stay in the condo since it was finished in December. What a spectacular place...incredible views of the sunsets with gentle ocean breezes blowing. It was a vacation we will never forget. Please book us for the same time next year. Cheers- Henry and Madeliene

Best Vacation of My Life

The house was amazing! We rented a car and stayed here for ten days. Gorgeous views and great location. We really enjoyed the pool areas and outside rinse area, after a day at the beach or snorkeling. It is a minute drive from The Turtle Centre and Macabuca's restaurant (you can snorkel/dive right at the place, get a drink and food when your'e done). The host was super helpful. She got helped us understand the grocery stores (not open on Sunday) and gave us great recommendations.

Comfortable family accommodations

Beautiful condo on incredible reefs for snorkeling, great way to start or end a day. We loved how spacious the unit is and well stocked with everything needed, my favorite kind of rental. The noise was my only complaint, but a big one. You can hear every step made by the neighbors upstairs and pair that with the construction directly next door made sleeping in impossible. The construction, which us a major project, made enjoying the pool impossible. The saws, trucks, cranes, constant beeping of equipment backing up from 7am to 6pm everyday was upsetting and should be disclosed to the renter.

Soooo much diving!!!

We absolutely loved this property! It is a great spot for diving and or snorkeling! Bonnie’s Arch is a really cool coral arch accessible right off the property just a short swim and dive away!! This was our first time in the Caymans and we will definitely be coming back to this home again next year!!! Having 12 dive tanks in the unit was a huge plus for us and we used them a lot! Refills are right up the road and the gents there are friendly and quick to help! Also $7 a tank isn’t too bad! The property manager is easily reachable via email for any questions or issues that may arise, and very accommodating too! Cannot wait to come back!

Large and comfortable

Large and comfortable rooms. Great views of the ocean. Very nice large pool. Great location near many activities and away from the more congested parts of the island. Construction next door is loud at the pool, but not too bad inside the condo; and of course, it is only during the day. There are what I believe to be full time residents in the condo above. It seems they have a large handicapped child who loudly stomps around and slams drawers at any hour, day or night. I found it a bit disturbing, but it drove my wife to distraction. Other than that, a very nice place.

Carefree Vacation

From start to finish, our communication and experience with Bonnie’s Arch was carefree and uncomplicated. The property was in the best area of the island. You can’t beat the ocean view, including all the way down seven mile beach to the port in Georgetown. We were close to most island activities and amenities (about 5 minutes from West Bay Beach and no more than 30 minutes from Spott’s Beach, less than 5 minutes from the Turtle Center and great restaurants/bars), yet in a quiet area where we weren’t constantly bumping into other travelers. The condo was clean and well kept, stocked with almost every extra we needed for the week; paper towels, TP, hand soap, Kleenex, dish soap, laundry soap, beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, island travel guides, etc. With three - 3/4 bathrooms (all with shower, sink, toilet), 2 of them on suite, we could all, quickly, shower after a full day of snorkeling. We often had all 3 showers and the washer on at the same time with plenty of water pressure and hot water for everyone. The kitchen was fully stocked with the appliances, cookware, utensils, dishes, and everything else we needed to make our own meals and included a blender (powerful enough to crush ice for frozen drinks), Keruig, toaster, and air fryer. The condo was clean, bright and spacious, while still feeling cozy and homey. We appreciated being able to walk right up to water’s edge of the ocean, and sitting on the lanai (porch) for breakfast or to watch the sunset. A

Home away from home

Great private property with ocean views

We traveled on a family vacation to Grand Caymans and really loved this property. It was on the water with great views and snorkeling/scuba right behind. The unit was spacious and perfect for our stay. The property management team was very responsive and were there to welcome us even after multiple flight delays. The nice size pool was something we enjoyed each evening after a day out. Highly recommended.

Diving Bonnies Arch and surrounding area

Diving Bonnies Arch and surrounding area was fun with my grandson (almost 20) and Son-in Law and snorkeling with my Granddaughter. No beach but one down the road close. Getting in the water was good when there were small or no waves. over all we had a wonderful time and a store was very close so we didn't have to go out to eat all the time. we went diving at several close shore dives and it was easy in and out. the only downside was construction was very loud next door. through the week 7am to 5pm but at least the evenings were quite. I would recommend this to divers and people the don't mind getting out on adventures. Parking was great and driving on the wrong side of the road was scary LOL.

Great stay for scuba and vacation

It was wonderful. Upon arrival we found we had a lot more extras than we ever expected. It was new/clean and very accessible. A Wonderfull value and would definitely stay there again in the future when we go back to Grand Caymans.

Excellent location

Great location and easy access to everything. The condo was very well stocked and comfortable. Loved being on the water with access to snorkeling just steps away. The owners have thought of everything to make your visit easy and comfortable, although it's time to replace the bedroom pillows and kitchen pans. Overall, we loved it and would definitely return!

Beach front home away from home

Beautiful condo overlooking the water on a well maintained property. A real hidden gem. Easy access to diving and all the island has to offer. We felt right at home as everything we needed was provided. Really appreciated spices, condiments etc left behind by previous guests for us to use. The patio was stunning and was used constantly for all our meals. Beds were super comfortable. Great to have washer dryer in the unit also. Would highly recommend this property.

Purchased the unit in 2004 after Hurricane Ivan. The unit has been totally rebuilt and is now elevated. In 2005 we formed a Cayman Corporation and setup 13 fractional shares with each share representing 4 weeks per year. We have sold 6 shares and have many great families as additional owners. We are currently offering one share for sale. The unit offers one of the best views on the island and the water is so close you can almost touch it from the back porch.

Pure and simple ... to have access to the best scuba diving in the world. With 365 named dive sites around the island there is always a new site to explore. It's also a great family vacation spot with plenty of activities for non-divers!
