Elegant apartment with garden, terrace, sea views nestled by Baou des Blancs

We are new to the market! We would like to share our lovingly restored house with nature, art and culture loving people who appreciate quality accommodation and searching for a relaxing time among friends or family.

Accommodation
The spacious 3 bedroom apartment is situated on the ground floor of our house, with independent entrance, terrace, garden and free parking on the enclosed drive.  It can be rented for 4 people in 2 bedrooms or 5-6people max in 3 bedrooms.
Two bedrooms, the kitchen and the sitting – dining room overlook the front garden and terrace with undisturbed sea views, and gorgeous mountain views from the garden.

There are 3 independent bathrooms, one for each bedroom, accessible across the corridor, not en-suites, so not opening from the bedrooms. Walk in showers in each bathroom, and one has a bath tub as well.
Each bedroom can be made up as double with super king size (180×200) beds or twins with two single beds, upon request.

Well equipped kitchen with oven, hob , fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. 

Sunbeds, parasols, outdoor covered terrace for dining and comfortable seating area awaits to enjoy the views and relax in the garden

We provide bath towels for indoor showers and Hammam towels for the sunbeds. For days at the beaches please bring your own towels, we don't provide beach towels. 

Regrettably we don't have a swimming pool or hot tub, due to local regulations. 
To ensure your total relaxation we haven't installed any television and multimedia equipment.

Location

Nice airport is 25mins drive away, Cannes 40mins, Antibes 30mins, Monaco 45mins away.

We are right at the foot of the Baou des Blancs, by the Loubiane river, with several tourist paths starting from behind us, leading to Col de Vence, Tourette sur Loup, St Barnabe, Baou des Blancs and Noir, Saint Jeannet and the list goes on.

Vence town center is easy access by foot, 15 mins walk with its bakeries, deli shops, restaurants and provencal market that offers fresh produce every Tuesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Vence is famous for its artistic history, it has inspired many artists like Henri Matisse whose famous Chapel is situated in Vence, as well as a museum dedicated to his art.

Saint Paul de Vence, the gorgeous Stone walled hilltop village, famous for its art galleries is 6 mins drive away, whereas Tourette sur Loup, another beautiful stone walled gem of village is 14 mins drive.

Relax and indulge yourselves 
Our direct neighbour is Chateau St. Martin, a 5 star prestigious hotel, that is open for non residents with day spa offers and gastronomic restaurants both for lunches and dinners. Within the day spa, they offer all day use of their swimming pool , massage and lunch. We are happy to share their package details for reservation. 

For wine and gastronomy lovers we recommend visiting nearby vineyards- especially in Saint Jeannet where they mature wines in a very unique way: in glass bonbons. France's smallest and one of the oldest wine appellation, Bellet is 25 mins drive away, making wines from unique Mediterranean Grape varieties like Rolle and Folle Noir.

Sports, outdoor activities 
We are ideally situated for cycling, walking, longer hikes and climbing.
A cycle hire and repair shop is 5 mins walk away from us, offering electrical and road - mountain bikes, please contact us to get got details. Several cascades, waterfalls, mountain rivers offer canyoning, canoeing and great cooling off opportunities after a long walk or hike. Paragliding is also possible in our area - in Gréolieres, 40 mins drive away. 

Several beaches are 25 mins drive away - Cagnes sur Mer and Villeneuve Loubet offer pebble beaches, Antibes (30 mins drive) has sandy bays and rocky coves.

Although there are a few nearby areas easy to reach on foot, we highly recommend arriving by car, to make the most of your stay.

We don't provide airport or other transfers but can send details to local taxi companies upon demand.

To respect our surroundings and neighbours, no parties or loud music are allowed at any time and regrettably we don't allow smoking or vaping at any part of the premises. 

We live on site and are happy to assist you with recommendations, suggesting day trips, cultural visits and restaurants. We are looking forward to welcoming you.
