Enjoy Madrid from this modern and cosy flat, perfect for up to 4 guests. The apartment features 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, a comfortable sofa bed in the living-dining area, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, and a fully renovated bathroom with a shower.

Located in the quiet Vallecas-Retiro area, just a short walk from Retiro Park and with excellent metro connections to the city center. Ideal for exploring Madrid, business trips, or simply relaxing.

Relax in a bright and welcoming living-dining area designed for comfort. The open-plan kitchen and dining space is fully equipped, including a Dolce Gusto coffee machine and all the essentials for cooking or enjoying meals at home. Two air conditioners in the kitchen-living area keep the space cool, and portable fans are available for extra comfort. The bedroom offers 2 single beds, and the modern bathroom features a refreshing shower. Heating ensures a cozy atmosphere during cooler months, making the flat perfect for any season.

Distribution of places:
1. One double room with two single beds.
2. Individual sofa bed.

Please note that the flat is on the first floor and access requires using a set of steep stairs.
Extra guest after check-in 60€/day.

The house must be picked up, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

Pets are allowed with a 50€ cost per stay as long as they behave appropriately and do NOT use the beds and sofa out of respect for the following guests. Extra pet after check in 150€/stay

No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.

Smoking is not permitted. It will carry a penalty of 150 euros.

The noise levels and sleeping hours of the adjoining neighbours must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.

It is compulsory to fill in the documentation of the guests as indicated by the Spanish authorities of accommodation, with the data of the DNI/Passport in the link that we will send you.

Damage to the following amenities will cost:
10 € small towels
20 € large towels
10 € sheets
30 € duvet cover

In case of damage or breakage of the lock of the entrance door to the accommodation will entail a penalty of 700 euros.

The loss or non-return of any key or control of the accommodation or garage will cost 60 euros.

Any damage during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.

The cleaning or maintenance team will always access the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can solve.

We are not responsible for any belongings left in the accommodations.
