This elegant and contemporary apartment, located near Madrid's vibrant Plaza Tirso de Molina, fuses modern design with an unbeatable location.
Steps away from the emblematic Plaza Mayor and the iconic Puerta del Sol, you will be immersed in the heart of Madrid.
Its position allows you to explore the city on walking distance.
With capacity for 6 people.
Every corner of the apartment has been designed with your comfort and aesthetic pleasure in mind, guaranteeing an unforgettable stay.
The accommodation has two bedrooms with double beds. In addition, there is a living room equipped with two single beds, so it can be used as a third bedroom if necessary.
The accommodation also includes an equipped kitchen, which will allow you to prepare your own meals during your stay. There are also two full bathrooms with all the necessary amenities.
The accommodation is suitable for up to 6 people.
Guests have access to the entire property.
The services included are bed linen, towels, hand soap, gel and shampoo, toilet and kitchen paper, coffee, disinfected cleaning kit and all the necessary kitchenware and utensils.
The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, blender, coffee maker, toaster and water heater.
The bathroom is equipped with hairdryer, hair dryer, hair straighteners
The heating works by radiators.

In addition, it has a wide variety of cultural events and festivals, and is a popular place to enjoy authentic Madrid life.
The flat is in a privileged location, so you will be able to walk to Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol, Gran Via street and all the emblematic places of the city.
These places are within 5-8 minutes walking distance.
If you want to go to places that are not in the city centre we recommend you to take the underground.
The apartament has very good connections. If you came by train or plane you have direct buses to the apartment.

- First floor where you will find the living room, kitchen and a bathroom.
- Ground floor where there is a double bedroom with private bathroom.
- Upstairs where you will find a double bedroom.
The upstairs bedroom is connected to the living room as it is an open space.
To access the upper floor you have to climb some stairs inside the accommodation.
Completely refurbished and adequate with all the basic necessities for a unique and pleasant stay.

Important: Due to its privileged location in the center of Madrid, it may be that on occasions of heavy traffic or on specific days, there may be noise from outside.

The house must be picked up, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.
Pets are allowed with a 50€ cost per stay as long as they behave appropriately and do NOT use the beds and sofa out of respect for the following guests. Extra pet after check in 150€/stay
No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.
Smoking is not permitted. It will carry a penalty of 150 euros.
The noise levels and sleeping hours of the adjoining neighbours must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.
It is compulsory to fill in the documentation of the guests as indicated by the Spanish authorities of accommodation, with the data of the DNI/Passport in the link that we will send you.
Damage to the following amenities will cost:
10 € small towels
20 € large towels
10 € sheets
30 € duvet cover
In case of damage or breakage of the lock of the entrance door to the accommodation will entail a penalty of 700 euros.
The loss or non-return of any key or control of the accommodation or garage will cost 60 euros.
Any damage during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.
The cleaning or maintenance team will always access the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can solve.
