Good Location, Poor Communication, Incorrect Info

We stayed at this property when visiting family in May. The address on the listing as well as in the confirmation email was incorrect. The management called 9 times the day of arrival to confirm arrival time and never once told us the address was incorrect while also requesting we arrive earlier (even through they were repeatedly told our flight wasn’t landing earlier). We notified them on arrival for someone to meet us and after waiting 20 minutes, they told us we were at the wrong spot. We had to pay for another taxi to get to the new spot - the offered to reimburse but have yet to do so. The lockbox and parking garage were also inaccessible which we were not notified of until arrival. The apartment itself was clean and as pictured.

The flat is in an amazing location. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms for the price was great. The con with the flat is the way it is ran. The flat was dirty with very little kitchen accessories. Not even a coffee make. Both the shower and the tub did not drain so water just pooled. The apartment was dirty. Good luck getting check in instructions. If your a traveler that doesn't worry about things it might be the place for you. I didn't get check in instructions until I had already landed and was at the location to get the key with a car waiting for me. By the way the location to get the key is not the same as the apartment which wasn't a big deal but another stop you need to make. You also have to drop the key off away from the location. It's only a ten min walk. It's to bad because the building is amazing and the location is amazing but the agency that runs it really makes it a hard stay.
