Regulations to be accepted and respected when booking this house: No smoking in the house; Pets accepted with a supplement as long as they do not use sofas, cushions and beds intended for guests, always collect their excrement and do not make holes in the fenced garden. - It is forbidden to organize parties or photographic sets. The villa is not rented to groups of people under 35 years of age (unless express written exemption); use the 2 covered parking spaces or the private space in the garden (3 cars) do not leave cars on the street or on the property in front of the parking spaces, because the neighbors do not tolerate cars parked on their property.
