Inviting Master Bedroom with relaxing rural views, spacious modern en-suite shower room, King size bed and ample thoughtful storage. Bedroom Two sleeps up to 3 guests with feature bunk beds and additional pull out junior bed. This bedroom is thoughtfully furnished and equipped.
Bathrooms:
Contemporary family bathroom with bath, feature over-shower, W/C, basin and towel rails. The en-suite is located in the master bedroom. Coastguard Cottage also offers a ground floor 'Cloak room' with W/C and basin
Kitchen & Dining:
Well equipped modern kitchen and breakfast area with full fitted kitchen including double oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine This room offers a breakfast table and chairs Further dining facilities are located in the open plan lounge / dining area

Comfortable and homely open plan lounge / dining area with feature 'Willow & Hall' Sofa bed offering extra comfort, The area is perfectly arranged with and offers a TV, DVD player and feature dining area with table and chairs. The lounge/ dining area attracts plenty of warmth and light through the patio doors leading to private patio / garden

Pets - allowed
Leave Barnstaple on A361 towards Braunton / Ilfracombe. Go straight-on through Braunton. Continue for approx. 5 miles until you reach Mullacott Cross roundabout. Turn left at the roundabout onto the B3343 towards Woolacombe.
Continue for approximately 1.5 miles, the road bends hard to the right, there is a pink house on the corner. Continue around the right hand bend, past the turning for Mortehoe on your right hand side.
You will notice the Fortescue Restaurant on your right hand side take the turning on the left opposite the Fortescue Arms car park into the parking area for the Coastguard Cottages.
Please pull into the parking space for number 6 which is on the right hand side.
Coastguard Cottage is the end house (opposite end to parking area) of the Coastguard Cottages next to Tarka Lane
We are pleased to confirm linen is included with this booking but please do not forget your towels.
