Summary:
Brand new, beautifully decorated two bedroom flat with terrace and private car park, located just 5 min walking from city centre and Ospedale di Borgo Trento.
Also available for long term rentals.
The Space:
Featuring a wonderful mix of classic and modern furniture and decorations, this two bedroom flat offers a perfect accommodation when visiting Verona.
It is located just outside the restricted traffic zone, meaning that you won't have problems in case you are travelling by car. Additionally there is private car park in the building, so extremely comfortable. At the same time, it's less than 10 minutes walking from the historical city centre.
Extremely easy also to move around the city with public transport thanks to numerous bus stops in the area. Only 5 minutes walking (500m) from Borgo Trento Hospital.
The flat, located on the top floor (elevator available) has just been renovated to very high standards, including air conditioning in each room, electric windows and curtains, thick windows to prevent any kind of noise.
Free Wi-Fi available.
The living room with open plan kitchen gives access to a stunning 50 sq/m terrace with amazing view over Verona roofs.
The master bedroom features a double bed and has access to the terrace.
The second bedroom can be prepared as a double bed or two separated single beds, according to your needs.

Please note: Upon arrival guests are required to pay security deposit as shown during the check out process, and Verona City Tax equal to €3.50 per person, per night, for a maximum of 4 nights.
