Nestled in the vibrant heart of Florence, just steps away from the iconic Piazza Duomo, our luxury apartment offers a unique blend of elegance, comfort, and breathtaking views. Imagine waking up to the sight of the majestic Duomo right outside your window. Whether you’re a small family or a group of friends, our apartment promises an unforgettable stay in one of the world’s most enchanting cities.

The apartment is located on the 6th and top floor, accessible by elevator.
To access the apartment, you’ll need to climb 5 steps.

The apartment includes:
- A double bedroom with a view of the Duomo and a private bathroom
- A double bedroom with a private bathroom
- A studio with a French sofa bed and a small terrace
- Full bathroom with laundry (washer and dryer)
- Living area with kitchen overlooking the Duomo

We can't speak highly enough about the Casa Luisa apartment or the hosts, Guido and Bianca. Everything was just perfect! From the apartment's central location, the extraordinary view of the Duomo, the fantastic booking and check-in support and assistance we received - to the cleaniness of the apartment and the excellent amenties and air conditioning provided! Our family of 4 adults from Australia thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Florence and we highly recommend the Casa Luisa apartment and its hosts!

Perfect location- steps from the Duomo! The apartment is absolutely perfect and every detail has been thought of. There was plenty of space in all rooms and comfortable furniture in the living and eating area. There is an amazing view (exactly as in the photos) just sitting in the living room or relaxing at the table with coffee. And the bedrooms and bathrooms are luxurious and spacious. It really was a treat to stay here. It is walkable from the train station and we walked to every location we visited- no taxis needed. It has elevator access. We’ve stayed in dozens of vrbos over the years- this by far were the nicest hosts and top of the list for perfect places.

Amazing Experience

The property itself is very beautiful and very comfortable. The cleanliness is incredible and everything is always tidy. The owners Guido and Bianca are exceptional hosts. The view is magnificent along with the amazing location of the property. I fully recommend it.

Family trip

We are a family of 6 (kids 25-22-13) and one daughter in law. The apt was just beautiful! Location. Location location. It was perfect for us. Hosts were extremely attentive. Elevator is small but worked to get our luggage up 6 stories. Can’t beat the view.

Magical apartment

Casa Luisa is the most beautiful apartment located just steps away from the Cathedral of Santa Maria del flore. Guido met us at the train station and walked with us to the apartment. The apartment has been completely renovated with modern conveniences including air conditioning, updated bathrooms and a beautiful kitchen. Our stay was magical. I highly recommend this property and the kindness of Guido.

Loved everything about our stay at Casa Luisa. It has an amazing central location and is walkable (less than a 10-minute) from the train station if you're coming or going from there. The views of the Duomo, Bell Tower and Baptistry were absolutely ridiculous.The Guido and his sister were amazing hosts and made us feel very welcome.Everything was in great shape in the apartment and the apartment has been well-updated in terms of having all of the modern conveniences.We had a group of five (my wife and I, two adult daughters and the boyfriend of one of my daughters). Having three bathrooms and a washer/dryer was super helpful.

AMAZING STAY!

This is THE perfect place to stay while visiting Florence. The location could not be better. Enjoying the close up view of the Duomo from the living area or the main bedroom. Exquisitely decorated and impeccably clean. The pictures don’t do it justice, it’s more beautiful in person. The beds are extremely comfortable, I slept in the pull out sofa, it has a real mattress, super comfortable. The pillows, which are important to me, are first class, The kitchen is very well equipped for a long stay, we enjoyed breakfast everyday served in a beautiful china set. Guido and Bianca greeted us at the apartment upon our arrival, took the time to show us and explain the amenities of the apartment. From the time of reservation to the end, communication was great and prompt. I highly recommend Guido and Bianca and this beautiful apartment. I will definitely stay here if I ever come to this amazing city.
