Amazing flat in classic boat - Barcelona

We are extremely disappointed by this review, which is not only misleading but completely false. We have been operating legally and transparently in Barcelona for nearly 10 years and have hosted thousands of satisfied guests. We take pride in our service and reputation, and we will not accept baseless accusations meant to damage our business. It is unfortunate that some individuals attempt to use false reviews and exaggerated claims to obtain refunds or free stays. This behavior is dishonest and unacceptable. We stand by our listing, our service, and our long-standing record of satisfied guests. Legal Operation & City Tax: Our operation is fully legal. Guests can either pay the Barcelona tourist tax through the platform or directly — this is standard practice and clearly explained. There is absolutely no "pocketing" involved, and such accusations are defamatory. Toilet & Shower: Our listing clearly states that the boat has a marine toilet, which is typical on boats and intended for urination only — nothing has ever been hidden. The shower is also listed accurately, and the presence of hot water depends on following basic instructions provided at check-in. Washer & Dryer: We have never advertised that a washer and dryer are on the boat. We clarified that shared laundry facilities are available at the marina, but we are not responsible if they were temporarily unavailable due to marina maintenance, which is completely out of our control. Kitchen Equipment: The kitchen is exactly as described — equipped with a hot plate, microwave, and refrigerator. This is a boat, not a hotel suite, and everything matches the listing. Bedbugs Claim: We have never had any report or confirmation of bedbugs in nearly a decade of hosting. This is a very serious and false accusation. Our boat is professionally cleaned and inspected regularly. If this guest truly experienced an issue, they never reported it during their stay. Making such claims after the fact without any proof is highly suspicious. Police Presence: The police were dealing with another vessel in the marina, not ours. Implying otherwise is another attempt to sensationalize the review.
