Daniele's appartment makes us feel like home. The only downside I guess it's hard to get my daughters out of the comfortable appartment and go outside and explore Florence. Daniele is very responsive and the instructions in the room is very clear and helpful. We would surely come back and stay here again if we have the chance.

Review for stay from 09 August 2026 to 13 August 2026

The apartment is exactly like the photos, and it was super clean and smelling so good when we arrived! The check in process is super easy, the hosts are helpful and the apartment is amazing. We were in 4, so we used the sofa bed and it was really comfortable. The apartment has an amazing size and the air conditioning is excellent. The building also has elevator! The location is also a plus! It’s near the duomo and you can actually do everything by foot. We had an amazing time and would come back for sure!

Review for stay from 06 August 2026 to 09 August 2026

Location, cleanliness and, above all, that it was perfectly equipped. There was everything necessary but there was no useless furniture, junk and other things that are usually put there as filler (or because they are left over from other places). We greatly appreciated that there were several pillows, some firmer, to choose from. This is Prime

Great stay!! Daniele is a great host and the apartment has everything you could need! The entire apartment was clean, spacious, and well located. I would definitely come back!! It's perhaps a little noisy, and the kitchen utensils are clean but need replacing! Otherwise everything's fine

Review for stay from 21 August 2025 to 25 August 2025

The hotel is well-equipped and the service is excellent. We arrived early and were not made to wait. It was very considerate to be able to check in early. It is about a 3-minute walk to the bus station and about a 10-minute drive to various attractions and the train station. The transportation is very convenient. The only minor drawbacks are that the pillows collapse easily.
Respuesta de VrboOwner el 30 de ago de 2025
Thank you for your detailed review! We are delighted that you appreciated the convenient location, the service, and the early check-in. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the pillows — we will address these points to improve the experience for future guests. We’d be happy to welcome you back!

Review for stay from 24 July 2025 to 27 July 2025

Very good accommodation service, the cleanliness of the indoor space made us think we were the first group of guests to check in. Because we were not familiar with Italian kitchen appliances and air conditioning adjustment, we received very good responses, even in the middle of the night. I am very grateful to the management for their attentiveness and consideration for the needs of tourists. The accommodation is very convenient. It is a good place to experience life. Especially when we bring our elders out, it is not suitable for long transportation. Living here is very convenient and the price is very reasonable.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We're truly happy to hear that you found the apartment exceptionally clean — we take great pride in preparing every space with care, as if it were the first stay each time. We're also glad our team could assist you promptly, even late at night — your comfort is our top priority. It’s wonderful to know the location suited your travel needs, especially when traveling with elders, and that you were able to enjoy a more relaxed and local experience.

Review for stay from 27 June 2025 to 29 June 2025

Very spacious apartment. Convenient location and very walkable to everything. We would absolutely recommend this apartment and would stay here again. Such a lovely place. The owner was very agreeable about working with us to drop off our luggage. Much appreciated so we didn't have to drag everything around. Very spacious place. The temperature was hot inside the apartment. We were able to sleep, but it was muggy. We traveled in June so the temps were rising. Our time in the apartment was little so it didn't impact us too much.

Thank you for your lovely review — we're so glad you enjoyed the spaciousness, the location, and that we could help make your arrival easier by arranging early luggage drop-off. It’s wonderful to hear you'd recommend the apartment and would stay again! Regarding the temperature: thank you for mentioning it. Had we known, we would have been happy to adjust it for you — we’re always available to help make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Review for stay from 22 August 2026 to 05 September 2026

The property was ultra clean, thoroughly modernized and at an excellent location, just 5-7min on foot away from Duomo and in a very quiet neighborhood! You could walk the old Florence city on foot and reach everywhere, yet have the comfort similar to your own home. The home was modern and fully equipped and the living room was very spacious and ultra comfortable. As I was also working in the property, the WiFi speed was over 800mpbs (!) at all times, making my call-conferences and AI work over the cloud a joy! I suspect it had a gigabit Internet connection :-) The property was easily accessible through an elevator yet had this high-ceiling and long windows that you cherish, from the older eras! I could not praise the property more, as everything exceeded our expecations. We stayed for two whole weeks and it was the best choice we could possibly make. Highly recommended!

Qui è possibile lavare i vestiti in lavatrice.

I cuscini erano troppo piatti.
