Esta propiedad de nueva construcción es el hogar de cuatro casas individuales en la ciudad, cada una con su propio patio privado y área de estar al aire libre. Esta casa está situada a solo unos pasos de Harbor Island Marina ya dos minutos de la mundialmente famosa Pink Sands Beach. The home was clean. Beds and bathrooms were clean. Washer and dryer worked well. Towels had some stains. We spent most of our time on the upper levels because the AC unit on the main floor was extremely loud and made it difficult to hear the TV. It would have been helpful to have more information, such as a binder with island information such as grocery stores, recommended restaurants, more beach access details. The beach supplies were limited. Umbrella was broken and we couldn't find a place to rent one. The pool had a lot of debris. It wasn't clear when/if housekeeping was coming. I would have preferred to know the day/time rather than come back to find someone had cleaned while we were out. There is a lot of golf cart noise at night if you are sleeping in the front bedroom.

Wonderful Home away from Home

The property was wonderful and walking in felt like walking into my home. Grateful for the space and the organization of the space. The third level with the extra bedroom was not used because everybody (5 persons) was comfortable on the second level in the three bedrooms. The option for the beach was used well and having the additional resources of chairs and towels was a blessing. However the pool was not as well maintained as we had hoped and although we asked about it during the three days we stayed there it was never cleaned. Initially I did not realize that the location of the house was on the outskirts of the town so having transportation was a necessity, however the list of people that were available for transportation was great and that's concern was addressed immediately.We are looking forward to visiting again in the near future as the home was a wonderful place to relax and get away from the hub of hotel life.

Girls trip

The unit was very spacious and had a wonderful patio. The pool is right out your back door. Plenty of towels and beach items. Would definitely stay again in Harbour Island. Golf cart can in handy. Beds very comfortable and unit very clean. Host was great

Wonderful Property

Could not have been more pleased. I was concerned about not being in the heart of Dunmore, and truly the quieter location proved to be an asset. The complex is located just a few minutes beyond Romora Bay Marina and down the block from the Briland Club and few doors from a convenience store. We carted to Acquapazza to order take out and waited on our order and were still back in less than 30 minutes. It's a quick golf cart ride to a private beach with easy parking and a short walk down a sandy path. There were times we were the only people in sight. The unit had plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, floats and beach towels. What it lacked in the charm of the historic cottages, it more than made up in comfort! It's well built and equipped. When the power went off, the generator kicked in with no issues. There's a huge bedroom and bath on the third floor, a second large BR/BA on the second. A bedroom with twin beds shares a hall bath with a small room with a fullbed. All beds were very comfortable and there's a gracious supply of bedding and towels. They also provided a pack and play for us. The grounds people came daily, housekeeping came during the week and were very kind. There's plenty of privacy from the other units both in front and on the back patio. The shared pool was never busy. Harbour Shores was everything we could have wanted.

Doesn't get better. Clean, new house - central AC, pool in the back that no one uses so it's basically yours. The beds are very very comfortable. All good.

Perfect place to stay in Harbour Island

Amazing communication from the property manager, Gina. She coordinated purchasing and delivering our groceries before our stay, assisted us in renting golf carts and getting to/from the airport, and was extremely responsive and helpful the entirety of our trip! The townhouse was exactly as described, clean, plenty of space, perfect location - would definitely recommend staying here with a group of friends or family.

Harbour Island 4-day stay

4 friends and I stayed here for three nights over a wedding weekend. Super nice and looks exactly like the pictures. Only one other family was staying at Harbour Shores at the same time, so using the pool was easy if needed. A/C worked great. Only issue is that it was a bit further south than it shows on VRBO, which adds on a bit more time golf carting if you are frequenting Coral sands/ the dunmore/ etc. But it was still fine since Harbour is so small. Check-in and check-out were easy!

Family Vacation

I can't say enough about the quality of this property. It is just on the south side of Dunmore Town, and within a short walk of the public access to the beach, and Ramora Bay Resort. Of course, you can drive your golf cart to the beach as well. My family loved the fact that we were just outside the congestion of the town, but within easy access. There is a convenience store about 100 yards from the property, and everything in Harbour Island is quickly accessed by golf cart from this house. It was quiet around the house, and the house is located in a nice section of Harbour Island. It is extremely clean, with all the amenities you need, and the pool is great as well. I would say the house is actually better than pictured in the photos. It is very well constructed, and in excellent condition. We absolutely loved everything about it, and we will book it again when we return. I will also add that the cleaning service, and yard service was phenomenal as well. They kept it looking great the entire time we were there...

Amazing stay with Convenient location

We stayed here for a week during May. The house was phenomenal. Our group of 2 couples had plenty of room. The house was stunning and extremely convenient. The Briland club is right down the road, and a short drive to the main restaurants. We would definitely stay again!

Great location with marina access.

We hosted our family for a wedding week and enjoyed the home. It suited our needs perfectly as there were 6 of us; two couples and two single adults. The house was clean, perfectly appointed, and right up the street from a great new marina and bar. Amazing sheets and towels. So soft! The water pressure was slightly weaker than we like and not quite as hot, but nothing terrible. The safe didn't work. The washer and dryer was a huge perk. Overall, I totally recommend this property as on par with high end accomodations.

Loved It! Clean, Comfortable, Modern

We were a party of 4 adults (1 couple & 2 singles) and we had ample space and privacy. The beds are super comfortable. The house is very clean and having the housekeeper come a few times kept it tidy. Owners provide everything you need in the kitchen & laundry (lots of extra towels), and good beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and a bike was an added bonus. The pink sand beach is a 5 minute walk, and there's a resort close by you can walk to for sunset cocktails or dinner. Town is about a mile so you can walk, bike or rent a golf cart. We loved the patio and pool area which were also very clean can well appointed.

We loved the house and having a pool was a real plus. We were able to bbq dinner and eat poolside .

Property support was outstanding, ran out of propane and they were there in 15 minutes with a replacement tank.

The house was beautiful and in perfect condition, just as described. Darico was a great and responsive host. Plenty of amenities like fresh towels and washer/dryer. Friendly housekeepers that drop by in the morning help keep the place tidy. The location is not quite central, but everything in town is 5-minutes away by cart. So you're always close. We had an amazing stay here in Harbour Island.

Everything and more!

Wonderful stay. Condos are large, modern, well decorated and comfortable. Kitchen was fully stocked and we appreciated the free bottled drinking water. Lots of pots, pans, plates and utensils should you wish to cook at home one evening. Outdoor patio was nice in the evenings, private and secluded. We had a problem with the fridge water pump and the response time was very quick, it was repaired in under an hour. Daily housekeeping is a wonderful addition, they were friendly and not invasive. We loved the large pools and used it frequently, well maintained, very clean and not overly chlorinated. Washing machine was not working, but we were informed upon arrive. So not a big deal for us. House came with bikes , pool towels, beach chairs and a sun umbrella. These are a great addition and we used them all. Beds were super comfortable, and we had an amazing stay. We will be back, hopefully very soon. Would rate rate whole accommodation A+++ Such a wonderful stay and highly recommend for a larger group. Thank you so much to the wonderful team who run and maintain the complex. We hope to see you all again soon......amazing!!
