When getting from the property to Manchester, as with any city, it’s always best to go in on foot as finding parking can always be a struggle. Nonetheless, if you want to go in by car, luckily this property has free on-street parking ideally located outside the property.



The property is also conveniently located just a 5-minute walk to Mossley Station.



You can also use the Manchester taxi or Uber to easily get around.

*This is a breach of house rules & will result in immediate removal from the property via security and no refund, your deposit supplied through Airbnb may be used towards extra costs in removing you. This house is in a quiet area, so after 10 p.m., the quiet times are to be respected.



*We have a strict NO-SMOKING indoors policy at our properties. A standard charge of £1000 will be charged through Airbnb when we find evidence of smoking within the accommodation to cover cleaning costs and long-lasting damage on the property.



*Any loud music, parties, and smoking indoors will also result in immediate removal from the accommodation as we will be highlighted via our noise and air monitoring systems located in the property.



*For stays longer than a week, additional housekeeping can be arranged for a further fee.



*To book with us, we require the lead guest to complete our online check-in form which includes an agreement to our T&Cs and the provision of a UK government-issued photo ID or passport.



*Please note: We charge a £20/hour early check-in fee if you check-in before the time stated on the listing without prior approval and a £20/hour late check-out fee if you check-out later than 10 am.



EXTRAS:

If you require an extra night or wish to extend your booking, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can make sure the dates are available and book you in.



PARKING:
