Upon entering, you'll be welcomed by an atmosphere of refined elegance. The property boasts three spacious bedrooms (accommodating up to 8 guests), each with its own luxurious en-suite bathroom. Super king-size beds in every bedroom ensure a restful night’s sleep, while air conditioning throughout the house guarantees comfort even on the warmest summer days. Should you prefer, the super king-size bed in the third bedroom can be separated into twin beds.

Designed with your comfort and relaxation in mind, the villa features floor-to-ceiling windows that fill the space with natural light, creating a bright and airy ambiance. These windows are equipped with blackout shutters, giving you control over the light and ensuring a perfect night’s sleep or added security when necessary.

The open-plan lounge area is the ideal place to unwind after a day of exploring. A plush sofa bed (145cm x 230cm) offers additional sleeping space if required, making this property suitable for families or groups of friends. The property features a large, heated swimming pool. Pool heating is included from June 1st to September 30th. Guests wishing to heat the pool in May or October can do so for an extra charge (please contact us for more information). However, for stays of 8 days or longer in May or October, pool heating is provided at no extra cost. Please note that the pool cannot be heated from November through April.

The beautifully landscaped garden is thoughtfully designed and well-equipped to help you enjoy outdoor living to the fullest. Surrounding the pool, you’ll find four comfortable loungers, perfect for soaking up the sun, while the south-facing garden also features a set of cozy outdoor armchairs and a charming swing chair for added relaxation. An outdoor dining table and eight chairs are perfect for alfresco meals.

The first-floor balcony offers another inviting space for outdoor living. With its stylish outdoor sofa and armchair set, this is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine while taking in the serene views of the garden and pool.
