The Il Gatto Ombrellaio vacation home is located just a few minutes’ drive from the center of Stresa, the pearl of Lake Maggiore. Nestled between two prestigious golf courses, at the foot of Mount Mottarone, and perfectly connected to the surrounding area via the toll-free highway, the house offers a peaceful stay surrounded by nature and serves as an ideal starting point for excursions and adventures; the shopping centers in Gravellona Toce, featuring many stores, are easily accessible.

Located on the slopes of Mottarone, just above Stresa, is the “Il Gatto Ombrellaio” vacation home, a fully renovated historic detached cottage. This house, with private access from the public road, is spread over two floors. On the first floor, there is a cozy living room with a dining area, a kitchen-diner, a hallway, and a storage closet. Upstairs on the first floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a bunk bed (consisting of a double bed on the bottom and a single bed on top), another hallway, and a bathroom. Both bedrooms open onto the spacious balcony. In front of the house is a small, grassy courtyard, fully fenced.
Ample free public parking is located just a short walk from the house; the parking area is visible from the window of the bedroom with the double bed. Exclusive guest parking is always available and included in the price, located in a private, fenced-in area 150 meters from the house (a two-minute walk).
Wi-Fi: The “Il Gatto Ombrellaio” house is equipped with a Wi-Fi system that also provides Internet access.

The entire house is at the guests’ disposal; there are no shared areas.
In front of the front door is a small, fully fenced-in courtyard with a path and lawn; this private courtyard is directly accessible from the public street, leading directly into the house.

At other facilities, for a fee: gym, swimming pool, mini-golf, horseback riding, ponies for children, and boat rentals, all available within 15 minutes of the house.

The Municipality of Brovello-Carpugnino requires payment of a tourist tax, unless exempt, of 1.00 euro per night per person. This amount, in addition to the rental cost, must be paid in cash.
